Hazel smiles, "Ashia said you'd probably correct me. Well, then, since you passed the inspection that she put into place, I'll answer your questions. Ashia, Justin, and Diana all went to look for/possibly free Fae. I don't know what that would entail, but they did fear that she had been taken to the Howling House. I'm Hazel, this is Brandon and Jay." She nods to the two guys who are still sleeping, though Brandon is stirring.

Rue nods his head and plods along after the other two. He watches Sting wound about his wrist and then crawl up his forearm to find a secure place to settle. As he silently observes, he thinks about what Kaden and Maya had said. The Keepers had been acting too variously the other times they'd met (unsure whether they could trust what Ashia was saying, Justin's surprised reaction to Ashia's confrontation approach during the planning, etc) and in no way seemed very pleased with any of the Greencloaks or what they had to offer. He didn't want to meet up with them and would probably go out of his way to keep away if they got too close to the Keepers.

"The Howling House," Luca asks, "That's troublesome. After all the Howling House is no place for the sane. For now let's wait since Ashia, Justin, and Diana are very capable people. My name is Luca and my horse's, my spirit animal's name is Flash. So how did you meet the Keepers? Ashia doesn't just invite outsiders along."



Maya sensing what Rue was thinking smiles wickedly, "Don't worry Rue we'll avoid the nasty Keepers. Besides I have a feeling that they're after the talisman too and we still have to take back the panda from them."
Kaden shutters seeing Maya's grin, "No we didn't make a deal from what I've heard. We don't mess with the Keepers."

Hazel hesitates, wondering how to put it without making her sound like a really untrustworthy person. "Well, there's not much of a story to tell. Ashia and I met in Greenhaven and both of us found we didn't like the Greencloaks that much. Jay left with us and we met up with Brandon a little while later at an Diner & Inn. Honestly not quite sure why were invited to come other than the fact that were willing to help the Keepers' and their cause. I think Jay's along for the thrill, but I could be wrong."

Rue raises an eyebrow slightly at Mayas comment, his expression falling back into an impassive poker face. He becomes quiet again as he plods along beside them. He is used to being the silent one on the adventure and letting the others fill the time with chatter or planning and not interrupt with his prattle. He did what was asked and required; if talking wasn't a necessary part of the agenda, he would try to not use energy on it. However, being quiet isn't being inattentive and growing silent doesn't mean growing bored. He's keeping a constant lookout and taking notes of things he must remember from the conversations for later.

*So you did what I did five years ago. Only I was found in a village that didnt have access to nectar. If I might offer some advice, trust Ashia and Justin. Things might seem crazy but they know what theyre doing,* Luka looks around. He waits patiently for the others who return after an hour.
Ashia*s hair is a mess and she is helping carry Fae but aside from that they look okay.
Justin and Diana nod to each other. Ashia gently hands Fae to her sister before Diana leaves.
*Do you think theyll make it back to the village,* Justin asks.
*I hope so,* Ashia agrees.


Kaden glances at Rue and wonders how much longer it will be until they get there.

Hazel nods her head once to let him know that she heard and understands that she should trust them more. Brandon wakes up and silently tells Hazel that she can rest and he'll take over her watch since he's not up to trying to fall asleep again (at least not yet). She accepts his offer and so Brandon spends the time in silence, even as Ashia and the others appear. It is obvious that the desired outcome (getting Fae) was achieved. No comment was needed.

Rue doesn't mind Kadens company and isn't complaining about traveling at night. He's been keeping track of the distance traveled and from his best guess, they're fairly close. Then again, his directions could be off.

Kaden recognizes a few familiar landmarks and looks for a place to make camp.
Maya helps him out by pointing out a few places including where the Keepers currently are.
"Tonight we set up camp and tomorrow without the cloaks and with animals in passive state we go into Trunswick."
Maya nods once in agreement.





Ashia tries to fall asleep but is instantly awakened when she hears Kaden's voice. Justin and Luka are as well. Quickly they arm themselves and wait in case something happens, which they hope doesn't.


(Sorry this is short I've been really busy these past few days and am still really busy.)

Rue admires Kaden's ability to tell where they are because it is a good skill to have; he also silently acknowledges the talent Maya has when noticing the camp areas they could take. Both are essential skills to have if travelling constantly and without knowing if they could stop to sleep in a civilized area. He is ready to lend a hand in setting up camp as soon as they choose a location. He prefers to sleep and keep watch in a place where the Keepers are not, not that he knows the Keepers are there.
However, he does know that the Keepers have a larger group. Since he knows about how many would be travelling this way, he quietly tells Kaden that they should choose one of the smaller spaces for camp, in case the Keepers had chosen one of the larger areas. Then he realizes that this could make him sound paranoid. He shakes his head quickly and doesn't meet Kaden's gaze, "Nevermind. Ignore what I just said."

Brandon is still awake but he doesn't pick up a weapon. He simply inches his way to a more 'safe' spot within the group, beside Hazel, and hopes there isn't a confrontation. He hopes that Mae won't be with Kaden and whoever else Kaden is travelling with; he doesn't trust the Greencloaks, especially when Mae was with them.

"No Rue that's a good idea," Kaden responds, "let's find a smaller campsite. Maya you know your way around here, would you mind finding one please?"
Maya nods and goes off to find a small yet good space for them to rest for the night. She could sense the Keepers nearby but didn't know exactly where. At the same time she wonders just what the Keepers were doing here.
Kaden looks back at Rue, "Rue the Keepers seemed to be okay with you and you alone would be less imposing then our group. Would you mind going and talking to the Keepers? If we work together then it's safer but at the same time we need information that they have."


Ashia grabs her bow and an arrow. She doesn't knock the arrow in the bow but she holds it just in case she has to fire quickly. Justin keeps his weapon beside him as he leaves plenty of room for Ashia to shoot in case of danger.

Rue breathes a small sigh of relief through his nose when Kaden accepts his idea and addresses it. He listened to the group with closed eyes, trying to imagine what it would look like in the daylight. Probably not much different than it was now, just more bright. He opens his eyes as Kaden addresses him again, nodding to let him know he understood. Then he remembers it's still dark out and not everyone could see well at night so he becomes more verbal.
"I would not mind. I can't promise I'll say everything perfectly, but I can try. What do you want me to tell them or ask of them?" Rue glances towards Kaden with a crooked grin as he half-heartedly jokes, "Would you like me to wish them well? *Oh ho ho, fancy meeting you here. Good night, sleep tight, and don't let the bedbugs bite. Whether or not they do, know that we won't so please don't kill us. While we're talking, would you mind telling me more about what you're doing here and where the other important talisman are*? That wouldn't be the best conversation starter." Sting crawls up Rue's arm as he dismounts horse (if it hadn't been stated before; I can't remember).

Kaden suppresses a chuckle, "Be careful and I leave those decisions to you. While we would like to know about the talisman there's no grantee that they would tell us or that they aren't be watched themselves. Remember above all take caution okay? These Keepers are not always friendly."

"That's putting it mildly," Maya responds, "Also we don't know how many there are so keep your wits about you. And try to find out while not giving away that's just us two."



Ashia, Justin, and Luka stand there watching and waiting for any sign of trouble. They didn't want to fight but would if forced or suprised.
