"That's what I mean, you don't even know what it means," Carter sighed as he looked up at the jungle roof, "What I mean by like is I want to learn more about you, what you are like as a person. Your interests. Your hobbies. What makes you you. I want to kiss you..." He trailed off as he shook his head, sending water droplets everywhere, "I'm a selfish person, thinking of crazy things that could never happen. Last time I talked to my parents they got mad at me because I liked boys, now they are not even around."

He still didn't understand, more confused now because he didn't remember his parents, just foster home to foster home. "I don't think you're selfish, and those thoughts are not crazy." he put a hand to Carters shoulder, surprisingly gentle. "In multiple scripts, they're are possibilities."

Sam laughs, skipping after the group. "Kris does have an invisable friend! Except it wasn't quite that invisable... And it didn't look to friendly... But that's alright. I'm just glad I'm not alone in the whole invisable friend thing." She chatters.

Siren
Siren ets bored with watching them freak out so she flys into the jungle invesigating.

Kris was still besides Carter.

Carter shook his head to try and clear his thoughts, "I wish you were right, but I still am a selfish person. What do you mean scripts, you make it sound like this is a movie or something."

He shrugged. "You are correct little guy, I do see our lives as theater, shows. We all play a part, as I said before. I play the part of the jerk, I'm the idiot that acts stupid all the time."

"You wish," Carter gave him a friendly shove, trying to light up the mood, "What am I? The clown that always messes up," He teased feeling his own words weigh down his confidence.

Rose waited for the others with Hayden in her arms.
"Hello? Are you here to fight?" A timid voice said as a small head peaked out from a bush nearby, the kid looked only about 6 years old.

"Hello little dragon cat," A voice said to Siren as a snake man appeared out of the trees.
It had a human top half and the bottom was a long snake body, like Cobra. It was white though with pink stripes and a rattler at the end of it's tail.
"What are you doing here?"

Kris gave an emotionless smile, though it was supposedly honest. "Nah, I think your the struggling hero."

"If I was then..." He trailed off looking at the trees, hiding his thoughts deep down, "We should get back to the others, they may need help. Also I don't think you are annoying or a jerk, your just unique."
