Tate glanced up and smiled, waving. Micah sat on his bed, patting the spot next to him.

Ray sat next to him, unfurling his good wing before folding it naturally again. He adjusts his injured wing.

Micah looked at Ray. "You'll kinda need to take off your shirt so you can bind it properly. Do you want Tate and I to leave?"
Tate grabbed a few other books and got up, already ready to leave if Ray wanted them to go.

Ray sighs, "It's fine. I don't want to force anyone to leave." He takes off his shirt. His torso had more than a few scars, gained from battling monsters mostly. A few had darker tales to tell. He resettled his wings and started to bind it before asking Micah for help. It was kind of hard to bind his wings since they were behind him.

Tate sat back down, continuing to read. Micah took the binding tape and started binding his wings. "We only have to bind one, if you'd rather not bind the other one."

Ray shrugs, "It doesn't matter if you want to bind both of just one. Either way I won't be able to fly. Which is fine. I've lived without flying before."

"I'll leave one wing unbound, then." He finished binding Ray's broken wing and looked away somewhat awkwardly.

"Okay. Thanks." Ray says, giving Micah a big thank you hug. "Is there anyway I can repay your kindness?" He asks, putting his shirt back on and then his usual hoodie over, the latter action more of a habit than anything.

(I'm going to be taking a test, so I won't be on for an hour thirty - maybe more maybe less.)

"Nope, I was just doing you a favor." Micah flashed Ray a warm smile then got up. "But I do have to go to archery now. See ya." He waved to Ray, then Tate, and ran out.

Ray smiles back at Micah and waves as he leaves. He sits back, putting his knees to his chest and wrapping his arms around them, resting his head on his knees. He would probably be very terrible at archery. Shooting things wasn't exactly his forte.
