Shade heard voices from a distance but ignored them. She felt like committing suicide or worse. She's let her best friend get killed because of her. She got up and trudged away from the voices not caring where she was going. She hoped Dmitri wouldn't find her, that conversation would be...uncomfortable. As if her day couldn't get any worse a pi55ed off Dmitri burst through the trees. "WHERE THE HELL HAVE YOU BEEN?" He demanded. He saw her blood stained clothes and his eyes widened. "Spill. And make it quick."

"Carrots?" Both Akari and Arashi exchanged a look. Carrots? Glancing back when they heard Sakura speak, they saw Caldwell as well. Giving him a nod of acknowledgement, both turned to the front, Akari pausing for a second as she notice how he fidgeted. They had been walking for about fifteen minutes, and were getting closer to the cave, despite the darkness around them, they weren't lost.
"Hurry up." Amaya called back, when she noticed she and Yukio were ahead of the group. The pair had slowed down as well, noticing that they were, for some reason, rushing.
Arashi laughed, and sped up, keeping pace with them easily, while Akari stayed halfway between the three in front and the two behind her. "Why carrots?" She asked Sakura.

Shane looked at the cave and saw some shadows. Shane "Ladia blood run". Ladia "it's the rest of the group, calm down". Peace sleepily stood at the entrance and waved. Peace "what took you guys so long?". Peace "Guys I want you to meet someone". Peace ran back in the cave and dragged out Emily. Peace "everyone meet Emily".

Shade turned her back on Dmitri, too ashamed to speak, and began walking. Dmitri grabbed her arm and jerked her around. "What the hell is going on shade? You rage at the team then get up and leave, and now i find you, your not yourself and Harry's dead? What's the deal Shade?" Shade sighed sadly and looked into his eyes. "I didn't kill Harry, if that's what your asking, and you know why I raged." She jarred her arm out of her grasp and started to head back to wherever the group was, there was no way Dmitri was gonna let her go anywhere else. Dmitri swiftly caught up with her. "It wasn't just me Harry was here for, was it?" Shade nodded her head. "When did you realize?" Shade gulped. "Er...when I found mum and lost it in the camp..."

Caldwell stiffened after hearing that Sakura had been making jokes about him. Had she told the others anything about his shift? She gave him an guilty but not apologetic look and replied to Akari "After being stuck with him after you all ran off, I discovered that he has an obsession with carrots." Caldwell was slightly taken aback with her quick lie, and also offended that she had just made him out to be a carrot eating maniac. She barely contained her laughter at his expression.
When they got back to the cave, Peace introduced a new girl called Emily. "MY WORD, MORE PEOPLE, ARE WE JUST GOING TO RECRUIT THE WHOLE CITY NOW PEACE?" Sakura raged, huffing about and acting incredibly melodramatic. Rolling her eyes so many times that it almost looked ridiculous, she hurried to the back of the cave where she seemed content with drawing pictures in the dirt. Caldwell had thought he was bad with people until he met Sakura, who seemed to be unable to cope with socialising for more than three minutes. "Uhh... sorry about her," he said to... Emily was it?... He awkwardly ran his hand through his hair, hoping that she didn't hate their group now because of Sakura. "You'll get used to her...I hope." He glanced over, not even wanting to know what she was drawing. She reminded him of an eight year old sometimes. "Anyway, I'm Caldwell," he said to her awkwardly.

At Sakura's explanation, the female started laughing. "Well, I never thought he'd like carrots!" She said, as she calmed down. "Ah, who'd have known?"
Soon, they reached the cave, and the group met Emily, a new addition to the team. At Sakura's outburst, the group covered the ears, cringing. Arashi recovered first, followed by Amaya then Akari and Yukio. Following Caldwell's lead, they introduced themselves.
"Arashi, pleasure to meet you." - A bow followed.
"Akari, hope you get used to us." - A handshake.
"Amaya. Kid there's Yukio." - A smile and a growl.

Emily blinked quickly. Oookay. That was unexpectedly abrupt. She nodded at Caldwell. Then, she saw 4 more entering and then introducing themselves. How big was this group? Must be pretty large. She shook her head quickly and snapped back to reality. "I, um, hi-?" She said uncertainly. "Emily. I-I'm Emily." She looked at them curiously. Wow... Most of them were older than her. Unless one of them was an extremely tall 10 year old, which she highly doubted. But still. She'd try to remember all those names. Arashi, Arkari, Amaya, and Yukio. Okay. She was sure that Yukio was the one who 'growled'. Well, that was that. Now what?

Shade and Dmitri reached the entrance of the cave and snuck in, trying not to be noticed. Shade was sulking - obviously - and Dmitri was just plain pi55ed. "I hope you know what you're doing." Dmitri growled. They'd...discussed some things on the way over, leaving both shifters in a dangerous mood. Dmitri wouldn't let Shade out of his sight, and Shade just wanted to be left alone. The arrival of someone new didn't help the situation either. Again she hoped people would ignore her.
