Maya saw the look in his eyes "casey im fine nothing at all bothred me" she said amiled "i found a cavern that had no pigman or any mobs" she said and was about to applogise for rubbing off when a ghast flew over and acdemed angryly at casey and shot a fireball at him "Caswy!!" She screamed running over and pushed him out the way as a fireball hit her instead

"Maya! Are you okay? Why did you do that? I could have knocked the fireball back towards the ghast!" He gathered Maya in his arms, not entirely sure if she was still conscious. He looked for the cavern that she had said that didn't have any mobs

Maya didn't think she only reacted trying to save his life knowing that he wouldn't have deflected it in time and she had armour that assored most of the attack. Maya was not moving for a few seconds than her eyes opened "c-casey? Are you alright did it hit you?" She asked softly

"No, it hit you! Why did you do that? I could have handled it..." The anger eventually drained out of his voice, not being able to stay mad at her.

Maya groaned and sat up "my body moved on its own i didn't realise what i done untill now" she said and stood on her feet and pulled out a loaf of bread and cooked lamb chop and ate them to restore her health

He didn't reply. He pursed his lips. "Are you sure you can walk?" He wondered where the cavern was but wasn't about to ask right bow. That seemed insensitive.

"Yeah. I do. Speaking of ghasts, where's the cavern?" He couldn't help but worrying about Maya. Was she really okay, or was she just saying that for his benefit?

He nodded, biting his lip and his heart went into overdrive in response to her teasing. Whether she knew it or not, she was teasing him, showing him that he was obviously missing something, and he wanted it. However, it was obvious how she felt about him.
