Anthony shook his head. He didn't know what was happening. He had never experienced something like this. "Please... Take them and... Go." Anthony said.

At the head of the Westerners was a large man. "We will seize control once more! We will become known!" He roared. He held up the large sword he wielded. He was once a king of this land but then they had been attacked but it was long ago and little did they know this man was a shapeshifter as well. He was the Nightmare. He had terrorized towns and had supposedly fallen in battle. His hair was jet black and his eyes were black as well. He had tribal tattoos on his arms and chest. He smiled a big wicked grin.

There was paintings of him in castles with scenes of horror and gore. He was known for his bad temper and his cruelty. He laughed and they cheered. Keira ran at him. Her anger showing. He bashed into her chest with his fist. She let out a yowl. He was their father and Keira blamed him for the scars all along her stomach from him stabbing her. He had been abusive towards her.

She hissed at him and yowled. He laughed and they seized her. She was chained up and became human due to the chains and their magic. She looked at him with anger. She was put into the cage and she tried to get up but they jabbed her whenever she tried. She let out a grunt of pain. She should have just told them to run and not challenge the problem headfirst. Now she didn't know if they could all escape. Her father was ruthless but she never let Anthony get to know him in fear that he would be hurt. "Don't hurt him please!" Keira pleaded.

"He's stronger than any shapeshifter ever. We need him as a part of our army and I'm not going to let you get in my way! I'm going to break him and kill you. Your death will break him." Nightmare said with a smile. Keira growled and tried to get at him. They jabbed her hard.

"I really don't want to leave you! But if you want me to, I will. I hope you'll be able to find us." She bolted into the other room and told them what was going on. They didn't have time to speak before Lily pulled them out of the cabin. Lily looked back at Anthony. Her eyes were sad. She swallowed hard and then turned and ran.

Anthony transformed and the Westerners saw them running without him. They laughed and Keira closed her eyes. How could she have let this happen!?! She howled in grief and Anthony got out of the house. He howled and wolves flooded down from every direction. The shapeshifter even harkened to his howl.

Lily, Asher and the queen ran until they were past exuastion. The snow was up to their calves and Lily was shaking with the cold.
"Need me to carry you?" Asher asked. Lily shook her head.

They fought but in the end lost. Anthony was captured and his eyes were heavily filled with anger and hatred and love he felt towards the princess. "She's safe... That's all that matters." Anthony whispered .

As the group wandered, the saw a grey spot on the horizon. "What is that?" Lily asked. As they got closer, they saw it was an isolated jail building. There were no windows, so they couldn't see inside. There was an entrance and when they got into the building it was abandoned. They didn't shut the door all the way because the inside had no handle. The building was made of bricks painted grey. Lily was still shivering.

(I figured if Anthony was in the building, that would be too easy.)

Suddenly, the wind started up and it was strong enough to shut the door.

They were being moved along slowly. Anthony cried out and Keira held him gently. Anthony was still shaking but it was from the cold.

Lily started to panic. She sat against the door. She was facing the others. "What are we gonna do now?! We're gonna soffocate! Or starve, or be dehydrated,or just kill ouselves because this is AWEFUL!!!" Lily started crying. Asher got up and sat down by her. "Try to think positively, and we'll figure this out."

There was a faint light down the hallway. It was getting brighter as if it was getting closer. Suddenly, a girl could be seen with a lantern. "Are you hungry?" She asked hearing them crying out.

Anthony screamed as they jabbed him. It hurt so bad as his senses were still going wild.
