Rin took off her hood(she revealed her ears) and shouted to everyone,
"The common rules for group combat:
1. Never let yourself be cornered by the enemy.
2. Don't run off by yourself!
3. Never stray from your allies!
4. Never turn down help!
5. Work together!!"
During Rules #3-5, some goblins came and attacked her.
She was able to take down three, but a fourth came with a long blade.
The goblin parried Rin's rapier and aimed for a killing blow.
In a hair's breath, Rin brought out her sword-breaker dagger and broke the creature's blade.
It had a brief look of confusion on its face before Rin stuck her sword in its neck.

"Foxes and goblins have almost identical scents!" Charsy said, shooting a sharp scale into ones mouth, making it choke.

I hit the nearest goblin with the palm of my hand, rendering the creature in an almost comatose. I jumped up, seeing a weak spot in a tree, and my foot snapped it, letting it slowly fall on the others.

Finally, the last few goblins fled. They left behind their weapons, so Fate went over and picked up a near-empty quiver and a wooden bow. She tried it out, failing miserably.
"Okay- no bows for me. What I'm wondering is why they attacked us."

I found a beautiful dagger in the hand of one I put into comatose. I ran my finger along it, drawing blood. "Later folks." I turned to leave, still admiring my new pointy.

After some searching she found what she was looking for, a makeshift quarterstaff. Quarterstaffs had always intrigued her. In the right hands they could take down even a master swordsman.
She began taking down goblins by jumping on them from the trees, dispatching one or two, and fleeing to the trees once more.
