I slowly take my seat at the table, taking the first bite out of my own burger. I am full of pride to see someone else enjoying my cooking. I take small bites, not wanting to get more than I could chew and choke. Every now and then I peak up at Gray, noticing he has finished the food. I see him stand up and turn around, beginning to unwrap his wings.
"W-wait!" I call quietly, and he freezes. I can only assume he heard me.

Jace Mason



I'd sigh, seeing gray eat the burger. "If you want more, i got more you can eat." I'd say, reaching into the fridge and grabbing a few more hamburgers.

Rafe smiled happy he had helped and almost got to be a butler. He ate one of his carrots still watching the bat.

(*belts out a song* waaaa I love being the only person home xD)

Gray
I look up to see everybody staring at me. It brought back flashbacks, kids pointing and laughing. I start to bunch my muscles, ready to take off.
"No." I say gruffly, waving the second burger away. "It would slow me down." And with that, I take a running leap off the cliff, diving a ways before spreading my wings and catching the wind. I angle myself so I glide up into the sky.

Jace Mason




I'd sigh, looking at him leaving. "Looks like he has something to prove." I'd say, yawning. "I think i'll just read a book for now...." I'd say, grabbing a nearby book and sitting on the couch to begin reading.

April
I sit down beside Jace and lean over, peaking at the pages of his book.
"Is that your language?" I inquire, pointing to the letters. "The characters in your alphabet are quite interesting." I comment, probably too close for comfort or productivity but I know no better. I am amused that I have Jace now wearing two of my homemade flower crowns.

Jace Mason



I'd sigh. "I have read up on your tribe a little." I'd take her by the hand and guide her to a table. "Does this look familiar?" I'd hand her a picture of a encrypted wall of a language that wasn't the same as my book.

Rafe pawed at his flower crown and got it off before eating it. "I was serious about the butler thing." The rabbit said suddenly. "Did you see how I carried that plate? I think I may have found my place in life."

"Oh yes! That I can read!" I giggle, looking at it and getting a little teary-eyed. "Where did I come from?" I ask, as the poisoned berries have wiped away the memories of my distant past. I could read the language and I am aware that I am unusual but I just can't figure out what happened to my family or if I had one.

I'd sigh. "I was friends with a chief of a tribe a few year's back, and he taught me the different herbs and plant's around here, so i took a picture of that language on that wall in the village, until they all died..." i'd say, sighing. "They were nice people."
