I got another error as you left. I still got everything I put in the basket from the island (weird).

As me and Peace5000 today we noticed that I had different environment (our theory) then they did. I had the oarfish (rare) in my aquarium. At my town, oarfish is only uncommon and can be found after only about 30 min of fishing, where as at his town he had yet to catch one. I find numerous amount of crabs, while they are almost nonexistent at his town. We suspect it has to do with the map you pick when creating your town.
What are your theories to this? What are your experiences?

My towns version of rare are crabs explained by Khaos as why sharks are quite common at every beach not sure if that makes a difference but yahh. A slightly different topic is that in my town there are at most and least 3 fossils a day why at hers I believe it was 3-5.

That's true. Usually I can find 4-5 fossils, on a good day. Maybe 2-3 megaloids too.

0-2 gyroids average at mine (starts to question why I picked this map).

You remember that 7,000 bells you donated to my Public Works Project?
Well....... It says I've only collected 911 bells..... the amount that was there before you donated.

Well, I'm bored so I'll look into visiting or opening my gates.

Sharks are common at the Island on mine. I caught a Whale shark, two Saw Sharks, and two Sun Fish in less than an hour.
