Cheri grins at the success of the high-five. She playfully nudges Ava as she watches Haven and Roxie interact. She taps her feet as she thinks about the movie brought up. She hadn't watched it before, but she had overheard her brothers watching it. She had no love for gore and such, but if the rest of her friends wished to watch it, she would too. She'd go to the end of the world and back for her friends. They were the only friends she'd had for a long time.
"Whatever you decide, I'm all for being with y'all. I'll be happy with snacks as long as we have beef jerky and a bucket of ice cream. The last is to share, of course, but the jerky will be all mine." She resists the urge to hop in place by gently tapping her fists to her side.

"the beef jerky is all yours but the ice cream has to be chocolate chip cookie dough icecream - it's the best. you don't just watch a movie wihtough chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream, i'm pretty sure that's a sin" i say, nodding "and we need those tiny MNMs that are supposed to go on ice cream so we can stuff them in our face" i add.

She looked over at the mention of ice cream. The last time she had it was a month ago, when her friends snuck her out long enough to get ice cream at the ice cream parlor.

Haven smiled at Ava. "We also need to get like three boxes of popcorn so we won't run out.", They added, beginning to lead the way to the gas station. "And Twizzlers- but let's not blow all of our money tonight." They hated being "that person", but they seriously didn't want to lose money on empty calories in the span of a weekend.
"Also, Cheri, we seriously don't need to watch the movie if you're gonna be uncomfortable, we could like watch one of my uncle's Marvel movies, or something.", They offered despite the incessant want to watch one of their beloved horror movies. Haven made sure to lead Roxy around any unexpected bump or jutting crack in the sidewalk so she wouldn't trip. "And don't expect me not to try and steal a piece of Jerkey or two.", They added teasingly.

"i'm down for whatever if it involves snacks and friends" i say, nodding "also, maybe a game of truth or day afterwards?" i suggest, shrugging. yeah, it will most likely get us in trouble, but maybe i'm in the mood for a little trouble. what's life without a little excitment from time to time?

"I'm the only one who's hesitant; I've never watched it, so I won't put my foot down about it. Like Ava, I'm game as long as I've got friends and snacks. I've already watched a lot of the Marvels and I don't like watching movies twice. Also, you only wish you could steal my jerky." Cheri smiles as she admits, "I'll probably hand some to you when I notice you're wanting some." Cheri makes a beep noise as she hops around her friends once more. Being shorter has its limits and she wishes she was taller - a lot taller. She thought it'd be nice to be the tallest person in the room for a change.

"oooh, that sounds interesting!" i grin, fidgeting excitedly. i reach inside my purse, pulling out my water bottle and taking a swig of it before i can get too excited.

They nodded. "That sounds great.", They smiled. "I'll think up something funny later." Haven currently wanted to focus on making it to the gas station and get their night started.
"Alrighty- Just making sure.", Haven replied to Cheri, shoving their free hand in their pocket. "And, thank you, oh great Jerky guardian for allowing me to have some of your jerky." They looked to Cheri, amused at her antics- her energy seemed to keep everyone on their toes.
(Sorry it took me so long to respond, I had a very busy day today.)

"wait" i say, freezing, before quickly jogging to catch up "can we get twix!? if i get one of those massive twix four packs can i share them with yall? i don't think i can eat four whole twix" i add, reaching in my bag for my money. it should only cost me five dollars for a drink, a pack of twix and some icecream. it's almost perfect, like the stars have aligned for perfect snackage.
