Yeah, it could be after he helps Jan and he is starting to doubt them... He is sent on a mission to assassinate Hank but he wasn't able to reach him so he kidnaps Megan to get Hank to come to him. And Arrow, Sarah, and Janet are headed to spend some time at the school for training.

Sure you ca make your own superhero oc just post your own superhero oc here she is up for oc x oc or if you want your oc to be with a real character like batman or ironman she can do that.

Also if you don't know about Dustbringers, my superpower is that I can create a metal rod, but I have to be touching it at all times that it's there and I only get one at a time. I can choose if it's spatially immobile compared to the earth, the sun, any other anchor I choose, or entirely mobile.
