Is it okay if I make Crystal the elemental king with the elemental powers (every element in the world beside his sister's) and he has wings that I can put on him (I can put the image of the wings)?

okay I will make it when Crystal past out and the element spirits went to Crystal and said that he is the king of all the elements(not his sister's) and he will have 6 wings. if that is okay. so I will do a before character and then and after character on him, on the sign ups.
