Okay, just telling everyone I'm probs gonna start this RP soon! I'm gonna give it two more days, so I'm going to be starting it this Saturday or near the end of Friday this week. If anyone has a problem with this, feel free to tell me and I'll change the starting date!

Power 1: Can shift between sea serpent and human.
Flaw 1: While the transformation is not dangerous in itself, sea serpents dont realy have limbs adapted to walking on land so they have to drag themself around instead. Despite their scales they can easily be sunburned or dehydrated if out of water for too long, if he get too dry he wont be able to turn back to human.
Power 2: Voice manipulation, a bit like the sirens realy but without the mind control part, it allow him to manipulate other's emotions to some extent.
Flaw 2: Emotions are complex and hard to control, it could be a realy neat power in the hands of someone even mildly capable of thinking before acting.
Backstory + appearance:

Arkin and Tamsin were raised by their human mother by fear of the hunters, it's not every day that an human fall in love with a sea creature, especialy one rumored to have killed humans in the past. For their safety, the twins were not told of their father or let unsupervised near water, in case somthing would happen.

Arkin have little to no impulse control so of course it wasn't too surprising that he was the first to discouver what he was and promply beached himself on the side of the lake they were swimming in while doing so.

Power 2: Water control, it allow him to move water around him. When he is a sea serpent it allow him to trigger early storm close by as well.
Flaw 2: Cannot create water from nowhere obviously, it have to have a source somwhere near him. For the storm to start there have to be raincloud already present, he is simply pulling the water from them to start the rain not summoning it from nothing, he cannot stop the rain once started.

Tasmin is, most of the time, the one who shot down bad ideas, ones would say he is 95% of the impulse control between the two brothers on his own and even then it's far from perfect witch cause him and Arkin to end up at halfy high.
