I'll check it out though I think I'm going to stick to my quick ab workout and do some pilates sometime during the day ^-^
Thank you for the suggestion though!

I'm short and my metabolism sucks so I just try to do a few quick ab workouts throughout the day because that's where I gain all my weight.
I actually don't know, I've always been tinier than my family (for example my 9 year old sister is fitting into the clothes I was wearing when I was twelve. I can fit into most of them now but my style has changed so I don't wear them.)
I gain my weight pretty quickly but I just try to reach my step goal, 6000 steps, each day and I'm going to pick up pilates again. My solution is to just stay as active as possible and eat healthily.
And to remember that your body is perfect no matter what other people on social media and what your brain tells you! Brains are screwy things and they can make you see yourself as larger than they actually are; so just remind yourself that you don't need to look like those social media models ^-^

I'm short too and my metabolism is better than the rest of the family (that all struggles with obesity), but I still pick up weight easily when I don't stay active constantly.
A lot of it is muscle mass which is good but I do gain most of my weight in my stomach area as well.
I definitely don't try to aim to look like Instagram models who are usually photoshopped anyways and just try to listen to my body in regards to how certain foods make me feel. I used to have some eating problems in the past, but I'm mostly over them now.
It just sucks to still see my weight creep up as I get older despite my best efforts but as long as I stay healthy and in shape, it's not too much to worry about. Thanks for the reminder.

7: Get up. Start normal morning routine.
8: Should have normal morning routine done at this point. Start schoolwork.
10: Math meeting Mondays/Thursdays.
12: Break for lunch.
16 (yup, using military time.): Stop school, make supper.
Somewhere between 17-18: Workout Mon/Wed/Fri. Workout, of course, meaning walking on Elliptical for 20 to 30 minutes (not allowed to go longer than that)
21: Supposed to go to bed.

Is it healthy for your height? I know sometimes putting on weight is hard but always aim to be healthy, especially with all this time on our hands ^-^

so I'm just going to give daily updates because why not.
our cleaning lady is upstairs cleaning so I'm in my basement guest room with my sister and she's being loud so my music is blasting in my earbuds. I also just rediscovered my love for learning Spanish and I'm now more motivated to finish all my missing work
I tried oatmeal and hated it so for breakfast I have an apple with some peanut butter which was very good; I recommend it as a quick but filling breakfast ^^
