Call it a sixth sense, but Casimir somehow knew how to sense when someone who wasn't human. Charlie's aura seemed familiar, almost like home, but not. He shook his head softly, deciding not to get ahead of himself. He hadn't seen anyone not human since he got here, chances were, he was alone.
"Those ones? Alright, those ones are half off. It'll just be 5$." He smiled, typing in the price to the register. It took him weeks to learn how to work the stupid thing, and he broke the last one from getting so angry at it. He forgot he hide his natural strength around people, so now half the employees thought he was some weight lifter, whatever that was.

"Hehe, thanks. My parents are on a trip, for work. They'll be gone for a few weeks." She replied with a smile, sliding the sandwich to her when she finished making it.
"Oh, my name is Evangeline, but you can call me Eva if you like. Nice to meet you."

"you to." she said pulling off her beanie showing off her horns "ah that's much better." she said going in to eat the sandwich.

For a second, Charlie thought he sensed something off about this 'human'. He shook his head a little and took out one of the green picices of paper with a 5 on it. He placed it on the counter, picked up the flowers, and left.

Oni relized Charlie wasn't with him and ran back to the flower shop, knowing that was most likely where Charlie was. He reached the door right sat charlie came out, and glared at charlie.

Charlie stuck his tongue out at Oni, and shoved past him.

Stephen began to leave his house and Olesia followed. She chose to fly above him to avoid bumping in to anyone. She hated to confuse the humans. She smiled, breathing in the sweet outside air. Stephen walked rather slowly which made flying above him hard, but she managed. She wished she could show herself to the people there, make a friend maybe, but she knew better. It might scare then to see an angel after all and fear was powerful.

Charlie was walking down the street, smelling the strange-colored flowers. Oni was walking close behind. Suddenly, Charlie tripped on the foot of a human slowly walking through. He let out a suprised yelp, which sounded like a snake to all humans within earshot. He looked up to yell at them, when he noticed what looked kinda like a bird flying slowly above the boys head. He tugged on Oni's sleeve. Oni looked up and saw it too. creatures of light are here too... he turned on his internal 'Radio', as he called it. We're not alone.

she waited for the girl to notice "Eve that's a pretty name for a human."

Olesia gulped. She quickly flew down beside Stephen and created a force field around him. Anyone who got too close to him, as in a few inches, were knocked aside. He stopped, confused. With that, he started to run as she quickly followed, no longer caring about who she knocked over in her attempts to protect her human.

Zarya walked along the sidewalk silently, casting small glares to the humans walking past her. She still wasn't sure about the large armored things they called transportation, or buses, so she resorted to walking through town to get to the apartment she called home.
"Is there really no one else but me?" She whispered quietly, clenching her fists tightly. She couldn't have been the only one, right? She hated feeling lonely, it made her feel plain weak. Surrounded by humans made her sick.

Charlie was thrust back by the forcefield, and he lost grip of the flowers he was holding. He watched as they got ran over by a incoming car. He let out a cry of anger and chased after the angel. The first thing here that rememinded him of home. Gone. Oni grinned. Finally! We get to do something fun! he chased after Charlie, pure joy on his face. There was nothing he loved more than a good angel hunt.
