I'm participating in this festival and already have the first pair of themed being brewed. I plan to swap out the old pairs whose offspring I was selling here after the festival ends. Information on pricing is as follows:
Using the OP as a guide to the full price of the pet, if you want to purchase both pets in a breeding pair and contact me before the festival ends, I will sell them to you at half price each. If you only want one pet in a breeding pair and contact me before the end of the festival, I will sell it to you at 3/4 price.
After the festival ends I am putting any remaining old themes up for public sale at full price. However, I will still give you a quarter discount if you wish to buy both pets in a breeding pair after they've been set for public sale, assuming one hasn't already been purchased by someone else, so feel free to contact me if you do and I will apply the discount for you.
I won't keep the pets up for sale forever. If any have yet to sale by the time the last pet pair I've brewed in this festival has matured to breeding age, those old themes will be released to make room for the new themes.

Math Example:
18.4k and 18.2k = 36.6k total
discount 50% = 18.3k total or 9.2k and 9.1k each
discount 25% = 27.45k total or 13.8k and 13.65k each
