YES! I got the first color philter, and used it on the eyes. Here's the goal again

Personal project i am working on right now :
they are both turning ok but i may nead a few dye for the final pair if the colors get any more muddy

I would just collect niphi with Valentine's traits since they are on The list to be re-vamped who knows you might get re-gens and be able to do the project with little work.
As far as the others I would buy the traits that are needed in search and just breed them in then dye everything when you get the traits you want

Ok, so I bought the seccond pet dye! It came out a bit too bright, so I might still need to redo it. (I changed C1)

Hey i'd like to make a suggestion, if you wanna spend less on dyes I suggest this! It only requires 3 dyes and would be a lot easier to achieve~
