You are confused about it.
You pick a breed (like 'drayl' or 'griffi' or 'lupora') and if there's an egg that I already have that I am willing to give away, I will give you that one.
You also pick a pair-this means that you pick two pets you want a pet from, and I breed them and sell you the egg. If you don't care, pick two breeds. If you don't care about that either, pick anything I have lots of.
