You look around and begin to notice it's getting a little brighter now that the monster is gone. The forest to get left of you seems like it's the brightest, and you decide to head that way. As you're walking you notice the forest around you is beginning to thin out and you can kind of see through the trees. You're on a big forested hill that is beginning to slope downward. Your sylesti is flying above you and it notifies you about a lake down at the edge of the woods. Do you look around the forest more to see if you can find a place to rest now that it's safe or do you continue on to the hill?

Prologue
You stare at the mission board. You look up and down the rows of missions until one peaks your interest. It reads:
Race to Dragon Hill
A rare zolnixi breed has been discovered on Dragon Hill. Travel to Dragon Hill bring and examine this new breed, record you're findings, and report back to your guild.
Reward: 5,000g
You shrug and take the job request up to the front desk. "I'll take this one," you say to the receptionist. You go home, pack up all the essentials for a research job and set off as it reaches noon.
You open you're map and quickly find Dragon Hill. You set off in the direction of the hill and soon come to a fork in the road. Do you go right to the woods or left to the mountains?

You head off into the woods, hoping that this is the right way to Dragon Hill. You look around searching for a clue for if this is the right way. You jump as you hear a sound come pounding out of the woods. It sounds like a loud dreary song of despair. Should you follow it? Or stay on the path?

You follow the sound of the music, and it gets louder and more intense. You loose track of where the path was and quickly get lost in the forest. You were determined on finding the source of that sound, and as you travel, it gets darker, foggier, and the music becomes increasingly loud. Then...the music stops. You look around bewildered. Should you try to find you're way back to the path or wait for a little bit to see if something happens?

You decide to wait. As watch the forest the fog gets thicker. There is a deadly silence. And then...a growl. You look around scared at what made the horrifying sound. Do you run or wait?

As you wait the growling gets louder. And out of the shadows jumps a large wolf-like monster. It lays it's glowing ice blue eyes on you and howls, running to attack you. If you stay where you are you could try to fight it, but if you run it could catch up to you, but there's a chance of escaping. What do you do?
