You just do [img.] [/img.] just without the dots and you put the link in-between the two.

Have you tried to upload the image to Imgur? It gives a simpler link to use :3

I see whats wrong you aren't posting a pictures link but a link to a file that has the picture.

I think I see what's wrong. The link isn't in .jpg or .png format and can't be used.
