Unfortunately, that is too low. Themed pets even as a catalyst are worth more than that. Not to mention uncommon and rare considering that they can only be achieved through the a special event and or festival.
If you didn't have the gold, why did you make that offer?
Do you need more time to come up with the original gold that you offered? If so I can give you a full 72 hours to come up with it. If you can't do pure gold, you can make an offer of gold and items. Otherwise, you can decline the CoD and I can put the catalyst back up for anyone else interested making a reasonable offer.

I didn't know the value of that object, I'm willing to give all of these to make up the difference 3,000 gold, 1 Enriched Sand, 1 lesser pet dye, and 1 Siren Tears.

I do apologize about that. I was inbetween shifts at work when I check and over sped through everything. That is no excuse, but I am sorry if you took offense. The sea pebbles I can accept 700g for. I will send you a CoD.
