"Yea, we should really start hunting now," mewed Swiftpaw. She started to search for the mouse and dove she scented earlier, only to see Echopaw. "Hey Echopaw!"

"On hay Swiftpaw" looking happy"so what's wrong
"Um wait what are you doing out here" moon tail meow

"For some reason the marking on Moontail's tail was strangely glowing and I thought it must be a sign or something," Swiftpaw mewed to Echopaw, then asked, "Why are you out here anyway?"

"On it must be and get some hrep" Echopaw meow "well let's go hunting" meow moontail

"Yea, we gotta hunt now, seeya around Echopaw!"

Ok" "now what do you smell i smell a bunny " moon tail meow

She sniffed the air, her tail flicking. "I think I smell the bunny that you were talking about."

"Good now catch it" moon tail meow more sadness in her eyes

She nodded. Swiftpaw decided to catch the prey then ask why her mentor was still sad, so, locating the rabbit, she stalked forward as she saw it nibble on the grass. Hiding from the rabbit's sight, she readied herself, then with a yowl, she jumped out and started chasing after the rabbit. Her ears flat against her head, she ran after it, the only sound in her head was the drumming of her paws hitting the ground. As she started gaining up on it, the rabbit swerved to the side unexpectedly and Swiftpaw, who's gaze was locked onto the rabbit, didn't notice the bramble bush in front of her and so she plummeted into the brambles, thorns tugging at her fluffy pelt.
