She spat at the ground at his feet. "That's what you think. And don't. Call. Me. Darling." She said, getting into a fighting stance. There was a scowl on her face

"Feisty one." He said narrowing his eyes. "A woman with so much energy needs a man in her life to tame her."

"I dont need a man. Men are worthless." At that moment, Ace walked up. "Really? I never thought you thought I was worthless." Hunter turned to Ace. "Oh, not you. I wasn't talking about you. I was talking about every other guy." Ace nodded slowly.

Ryuu looked up slowly, as the figure of a person approached him. He could barely make out that it was a person with how hazy everything seemed. He tried to focus, and tried to slow his breathing. Panicking would only make things worse. Was it a cop? No, probably not. He squinted his eyes a bit, and assumed it was another escapee. Was he okay? No, not really. Could he help him? Maybe... He forced himself up, being very cautious about his wrist. Ryuu never worked well with other people, but maybe he could act for now.
" I think I'll manage, but just for the sake of being alone, let's work together for a bit. " Ryuu replied, tearing off a piece of cloth quickly to use as a sling for his wrist. It would do for now.

As Hunter turned to face Ace, she could see the roof of the jail. She thought she was seeing things at first, and rubbed her eyes. There was a person up there! The police didn't even know!

"Your denial is adorable." Gluskin smirked, reaching out for her when the other man approached. Witnesses...great. No matter they would all subcome to the torture in the end.

Hunter backed up a few steps. Ace stood beside her. "So. You two best friends now?" He asked. Hunter immediately said, "no. Heck no."

Pyro nodded. *i can tell that u dont hang out with people well, u probably were sick when u were a kid a lot, ur really tired, and that ur hand is broken. That last 2 I can fix. Let me.* Pyro took the sling and expertly tied it around his hand and arm, making an expert sling. Giving the guy an energy bar from God knows where, Pyro said, *im Pyro. U?*

Hunter spotted an abandoned house a ways away. She elbowed Ace in he ribs and pointed to the house. She took him by the hand and led him to the house. She was very conscious of everyone around them.

Ace was dragged to the house. When they got to the door he asked, "Why didn't you just carry me?"

"Because you're just lazy. That's why. Now let's get in here! I'm not sure about you, but I need shelter. From everyone." She said, opening the creaky door
