Personality:
Is mostly a cold and distant person who gives off the vibe of 'don't mess with me or you're going to die' to most people however has a very sweet side to those who she cares about or trusts and animals. Doesn't trust easily but once you have earned her trust is a very loyal friend but tends to pick one person and stick to them. Often sees both sides of every situation but rarely voices her opinion. Doesn't show or let others know how lonely she truly feels. Often takes revenge to the extreme, her saying is "I don't just get even, I get more even"
Bio/backstory:
Her parents were both murdered when she was at the age of 12 in front of her however the killer failed to noticed her hidden in the shows of her old house. A week later the killer had mysteriously been found dead in a ditch. Since the incident Malice has always had a morbid curiosity and violent tendencies. She has been placed in multiple foster homes however abandoned each time and finally at her 8th home within 2 years at the age 14 she became a run away fended for herself. She has learned to rely on her and herself alone but years to have one person to rely on. Since then shes lived on the streets of The City. One night the storm has stricken the abandoned house she has been staying in, striking not just the house but hers. A stranger came running into the house to make sure that no one has been injured, even though it was abandoned it was well know homeless where known to sleep in them. The stranger rushed to her side to make sure everything was alright however she shoved him away, but a tiny part of her wanted to cling to him for safety, and in those torn thoughts and actions his body was shoved away but the fabric and skin of his chest she had shoved from was left in her hands. She sat there staring at him screaming in agony unable to understand how it happened, or why she felt nothing.
Power:
Body manipulation meaning her actions and thoughts have opposite like meanings, example; she grabs onto someone arm and pulls away but think/wants to keep holding on/keep contact the skin or muscle will follow her hand movements.
Drawback:
Unable to feel anything up to 30 minutes after, incapable of physical pain and emotions.
Crush:

Other:
Is weak to animals, meaning she adores them and if faced with having to harm them due to being attacked she'd rather run away. Also loves German chocolate

I may not join this roleplay as it seems you are highly against the power idea I had and I cant come up with anything more creative. Im also a bit too stubborn to ask for ideas from others. :D

Im not highly again it! You could ask Lightsagafox, who had some awesome ideas but be sure to ask and get actual permission from her before using them. My suggestion if you still want water-y powers, maybe, turns any water into ice, but always does it and cant control freezing stuff?

Last question! Could I make a second character that's able to use electric power to create weapons? Like she could use the power from a television to create a physical spear as long as she was able to keep her hand on it? The drawback is the weapons size and duration is dependent on the amount of power nearby and that it burns her where she touches it.
