Flourishes: Hmm... do you think you could do a grey and white hawk sitting on her shoulder, and a white wolf with blue eyes standing next to her?
Other details: She wears an intricate silver circlet across her forehead, hidden by her cair in the sides and back. The wolf's head goes to her waist and she is petting it. If possible she is standing in a garden with a fountain right behind her at night with a full moon. The hand that is not petting the wolf is held up and out, mud-chest, palm up, and fire is burning in it.
I will pay 20k for this, artists don't get paid nearly enough here.
