I have an idea, but I'm going to ask about it before I go make a character and get yelled at.
Soooo...
Can there be a dragon who was 50% Nightwing, 25% Rainwing and 25% Sandwing, then they were cast out of their tribe for being a 'hideous hybrid' and so they were exiled eventually and sent to the middle of nowhere to die. But, that made the dragon harbour extreme hatred towards its home tribe, wanting revenge on them. After time had passed, this dragon became the undisputed leader of a band of criminals/cold-hearted killers, who are all focused on the same thing: Get revenge on the one tribe and then cause as much chaos and bloodshed as possible. They also have the acid and poison of Rainwings/Sandwings, but due to the heritage, it isn't as strong as a pureblooded Rainwing/Sandwing, but a large enough of dosage can kill, as acids and poisons do. The dragon can also move very silently and be assassin-y like a Nightwing, because again, heritage.
If you allow this, people can sign up as outcast hybrid dragons that join this dragon's band of killers.
((And, if you want for extra drama, the outcasted dragon is an animus, but others hated him/her so much that they came to hate their own power, even, and they'd vowed to never use it, and when anybody mentions it, they get something bad coming to them. They then go out of their way to hunt down the other animuses/animi.))

She's a very ambitious intellectual, always wanting to learn more and know more about the world, about how things work. She loves to think and read, making it one of her favorite activities, especially reading those scrolls and books she'd stolen from the various tribes, allowing her to learn just about everything about them that she could.
Boreas is a fighter, and will fight for what she believes, and she will protect those like her, those close to her, those that get unfair hate towards them for unfair reasons.
Most of the time she's a sweet quiet dragon that just looks for more things to read and learn about, but other than that, she harbours great hatred towards the tribes, because of the hate she received for being who she is. She is bent on revenge to destroy the tribes and cause as much bloodshed as possible for them.
Boreas is an extremely good actor and liar, able to get away with things others probably wouldn't get away with, and she usually uses her skills to her advantage when dealing with other dragons. She also used her skills to recruit dragons into her group of killers.
She is the one behind extravagant crimes, those of which she orchestrates, though usually she doesn't participate, she just plans. Sometimes, just for the kicks, she participates in a theft or killing.
She does these things because she is bored. Hatred comes second to boredom.
Bio:
Thrown out of her tribe at a very young age after being horribly mistreated. Even though she was an animus, others still hated her, leading her to hate them back and even hate her own power, causing her to leave.
She built an empire out of the criminals and thieves in the outcasts, and she herself goes out of her way sometimes to kill animus dragons.
She has vowed to never use her powers, but she would not hesitate to use them against another animus dragon, as she believes in exterminating them all.
Abilities:
Usual hybrid abilities. First, she's animus. Next, since she's half Nightwing, she can move around very silently undetected, and since she is part Sandwing, she also possesses the lethal barb at the end of her tail that outputs a dangerous toxin that can kill when in the bloodstream or when ingested/absorbed in large quantities. In small quantities the poison will not kill, but will cause dizziness, fatigue, and even hallucinations. She can also spray acid from her frontal fangs as Rainwings can, although not as far as normal pureblooded Rainwings, her acid is weaker, so it cannot burn through plants or anything, the only thing it affects is dragon scales/flesh/blood, and in that case, it is somewhat dangerous.

Bio: Silentmoon was born to two commoners, who wanted Silentmoon to be the best she could. They begged the queen to send Silentmoon to the academy, where she could continue to learn, not bound by the limited amount of books and scrolls they had at home.
Other: Silentmoon has a slight crush on Poison.

Biography
She was born to a pair of unmarried exiled dragons, and seemed to be the worst thing that ever happened to them. She was left to die on a glacier when she was only a few days old, but was found by some of the Queen's warriors who were, ironically, searching for her parents to put in the Queen's dungeons. An animus tested her and realized who her parents were, and nearly all the tribe hated her. She was given the very last spot in the rankings, but for 24 years she has worked her way up to, amazingly, a lowerspot in the first circle. The Queen cared for her and gave her opportunities no one else would have dreamed of trusting her with, and at age 25 she became the youngest ever Queen's Personal Guard.
