Alright I have a few right here!
Azure, Poni, Bright Country (Prince Eadric's horse from The Tales of the Frog Princess series by E.D. Baker), Flicka (from My Friend Flicka by Mary O'Hara), Secret, or Silver Blaze ( from the Sherlock Holmes stories by Arthur Conan Doyle)
I'm probably going after horse names since I like naming the Sylestis after an animal they look like.
