I'm not sure. I don't know much about how the story should be.

Yes, we should make characters first. I don't enjoy the rp order thing, it makes it difficult for characters to interact.

Don't mind ditching the post order. I just sometimes in large roleplays get left behind it I don't get pinged which I think I will be

Can you give me a sample of how you write?:
Asha opened her eyes. She looked at her two sisters, they were sound asleep. She rolled out of bed and walked towards the door. She was gonna get out of this place, whether her sisters approved or not.
Her sisters liked the orphanage and were convinced their parents were not dead and would come get them soon. Asha was not so optimistic. She had proof they werent alive. The two necklaces they wore, they said they would never take them off, and Asha had these necklaces in her hands.
She looked back at her sisters before slipping out the door. She crept down the hall then turned a corner. She saw the large doors, freedom was close. The lights in the kitchen turned on. This was it, she had to make a run for it. She dashed towards the door.

What are you and are you not comfortable with both story and character?: as long as their is nothing inappropriate in the story or character, Im fine.
How quickly do you respond and how quickly do you expect me to?: it depends what is going on for me, if Im grounded (Which doesnt happen often) it will be a very long time before I respond, if Im behind in schoolwork, it may be one or two days, but normally I respond as soon as possible, and I dont expect you to respond at any time, but if you dont respond for 2 days, I get worried, unless you have told me you wont be on.

Your sample doesn't have dialogue, but It looks fine to me.

I don't currently have any ideas for an RP at the moment, but if I think of anything to RP I'll let you know! or if you come up with something you want to do, let me know.
