Ren struggled to keep a hold of the railing. He had let go of the girl's hand in fear. He looked over the ship. He saw nothing.

"But... Why?" David said. He looked towards the ship. He was really nervous and looked around. He was fidgeting more with the shell. He wanted Alice... He wanted his sister. He closed his eyes.

Alice shouted hoping David would hear her. She stopped and sighed. "Oh David... Please don't make me come after you..." Alice whispered. She closed her eyes. She took a deep breath and started swimming after David. She knew she might have to drag him away from the storm. She knew what he was like. She muttered curses. She opened her eyes. She was no where near the storm now. What if she didn't get there in time? What would she do without David?!

She allowed her icy blue lights to glow, which revealed Luminesce cooking some unusually shaped fish over the burning heat of the vent. Giggles erupted and her innumerable siblings scampered into small tunnels too small for her to follow. The vent was basically a giant rabbit warren, and though instinct told her to flee down deeper, where the pressure would stop intruders, she maintained her posture. "Down here."

"Because humans don't care much for other forms of life" Risza told him, grabbing his hand. "David, someone is calling for you" Risza said, hearing a very distant voice yelling. "We should hurry and find her, stay away from the humans" Risza warned him and she began dragging the mershark along with her

Not hearing from Pika, Axi swam upwards. Pika! She called

"Oh! amazing! the mermaids have come to save us!" Serenity cheered excitedly, looking of the side of the boat, she held the axolotl in one arm.

Meanwhile, Edenia has gathered some other pureblood and mershark warriors to help her try to destroy the human vessel.

Axi s head poked out, and Pikas side thingies twitched eagerly

"Alice... I shouldn't have come here... I was supposed to be with her." David said. He swam alongside the deep sea mermaid. He was still fidgeting with the shell. He was starting to get anxious to get back to Alice. He knew she would be upset.

Alice managed to get back to where she thought he probably swam off. She was exhausted from swimming so hard. She never really swam too far out or for too long.

Karrina stopped for a moment, hesitation at the thought that this deepsea mer might hurt her. She simply just shook the thought away, keeping in mind both of them were mermaids, it's not like this deepsea was a human, who would most likely display a mermaid away from their home, keeping them in cages and experimenting on them. She continued swimming down, towards where she saw the lights
