Name: Mortisha Crow

Age: 16(Her human disguise appearance at least.)

Form: Monster

Kind of monster: Scarecrow

pictures:

(As I was pressed for time, I used a character creator for her disguise. The only difference is that Mortisha's alterego wears a straw hat.)

Sibling: None. She's a Scarecrow, why would a "non-living" creation made by farmers have a sibling?

Gender: Female

Backstory:
She was made a LONG time ago by a farmer where the town(as in the same in which we will be role-playing in) currently stands. Over the years, a town was built over most of the farm. Since Mortisha would be so frightening to the townsfolk, the new leaders ordered that the Scarecrow have its haunting eyes sewn shut.

Now, a Scarecrow's purpose in life is to protect the land and to keep the pests away... As she had her eyes sewn shut(and the fact that she was strung to her post), the only bizarre sense that she had was her exceptional hearing. The pests and crows that she once scared away with her power, became her friends and her reach out to the world.
The townsfolk are now superstitious about Mortisha and, although they no longer see her scary eyes, fear her...

This, in turn, will lead to foolish teenagers going out at midnight to try and prove their bravery.
One night, a boy's friends dared him to do the town's century old taboo- undo the sewing upon the Scarecrow's eyes!

The next morning, everyone in town stared in fear and rage at the empty post that had not been bare since before the town's creation...

Where on Earth could the Old Scarecrow be? everyone asked...
Mortisha could tell you that.

What do you love: Healthy land, being around friends, and making others happy!

What do you hate: Hooligans, Tom-Foolery, fire.

What makes you angry: When people have absolutely no respect for others' property, homes, land, nature, and respect.

What makes you happy: Walking, moving, being around and about, caring for crops, spooky literature about Scarecrows, and just living.

Your personality: Mortisha is a bit old-fashioned, country, ignorant about modern culture, hands-on to anything, and is hard to understand at times with her excessive prattling.

I feel as if that the abilities and powers of Scarecrows have been dodged some in Movies and Literature.
So here I'm going to give a brief explanation on just that:

Scarecrows are obviously going to be very durable like any of the "Stuffed, Non-Flesh-and Bone" type of monsters. Meaning that they hard hard to destroy with just Iron, Steel, and a bludgeon. (Key= Fire)

Mortisha is one of the few speaking Scarecrows; many can move and be deadly, but few can talk.

It is hard to say whether Scarecrows create fear or whether they control the pests(Crows, etc.) themselves.
Mortisha is of the former, although she later befriended the same Crows that she previously scared off.

As they are not Flesh-and-Blood, I sincerely doubt that Scarecrows are capable of physical fatigue.

It has neither been said for certain for how strong Scarecrows truly are.
In Mortisha's case, though, she can lift something that Lou Ferrigno is able to with a large amount of effort, leverage, and strategy.

In the actual role-play, wouldn't it make some type of sense for our characters to converge at one town in one country? If our characters are all over the world, it would be too confusing when we try to ping and post to one another.

Should we all converse on a place for our characters to meet?
