"Sometimes being quiet is what is best" I smile, my eyes flickering with sorrow for an instant before going back to being emotionless.

*sighs and lays down bored*

I watch the stranger for a moment before curling back up under the roots of the tree and going to sleep.

I wake. I smell the stranger and know she is nearby but I no longer see her. I stay curled up, my eyes open and my ears swiveling to and fro. I am alert once more.

*I roll in mud to cover up my scent and then I wait for fang to put his Baird down*

I smell her scent, but it is faint now, mostly I smell mud and prey and the other scents of the forest. Not quite sure why the smell of mud is so strong, I relax anyways and stand up, climbing out of the roots.

*I jump out on his back and then fall of laughing* Surprise!!!! Did I scare you. *I stand up my fur covered in mud. I smile*

I grin at her "You certainly startled me" I chuckle, shaking the mud off my back.
