Elliot stared up at the woman, through the crowd of teenagers. Her hand entered the clear bowl and circled the slips of paper that lay inside. She pulled one out and shouted out, "Elliot Carter!" And a moment of fear encircled him. A pit grew in his stomach as the others backed away from him and he was pushed out of the crowd and into the open.

Elliot walked up the steps, trembling in fear. Quietly, he stood there, near the woman from the capitol. Feeling cold, his face snow white. "Willow Amber!" Was the name that snapped him from his daydream.

Elliot turned to look over the crowd of people and out of the corner of his eye, he spotted Willow looking at him. He glanced over at her and the corners of his mouth lifted a little.Then they were pushed through the doors behind them.
