The children we overly excited at the mention of Tag, But one Turned to Red Rabbit with a questionable Look " I's not a Gift game Is it Red Rabbit?" she asked almost frightened " No dear just a fun game " She said before the Fox like female interrupted " You and I need a Word Rabbit..... Eh Human Boy watch the toddlers, and if they get hurt I'll put you on a spit" she said with a slight growl, she was short compared to the human boys, and not much taller than red rabbit who only stood a foot or two above the children. Her tail was fluffy and well groomed, not to mention probably equal with her high. " why are these hairless heathens here?!" she asked crossing her arms. Red Rabbit stiffen up as if to stand her ground on the decision to bring them here " Because the Garden network thought it best to bring them.." she said proudly. The fox woman seemed to be thinking rather hard on the rabbits words be fore turning to walk inside the broken building. " This better not be another Trick bunny, I have the gift games in two days and the community cant take another loss or they will slaughter whats left of them.." she called over her shoulder seeming frustrated and bothered.

Javier (Blink)-

Nasty fox thing. He glared at her as she left before turning to the kids. "Alright then who wants to be it? I can be it if you what, but I must warn you I'm very good at this game. I'll give you all a five second head Start!" With that he turned his back to them and looked to the other boy. "You want to play?"

~Johan~

Johan was surprised by the other boys actions, he hadn't seemed like the elder brother type at all. He was even more surprised when the boy asked him if he wanted to join in. "I uh... I've never played..." It was true. The other kids at the institute had been too scared of him to ever ask, and in all honesty the feeling had been mutual.

Javier (Blink)-

He gave the other boy a strange look. "Really? I don't have any siblings and I still know how to play." He said turning back to the kids after a moment. "All tag is really is a chase. If your it you chase the others and "tag" them so that they are it and so on. Watch..." The boy looked forwards for a moment before...blink. He blinked infront of a rabbit like child the streaked in fright of the sudden appearance of the boy in front of her. She bumped into his legs before crushing to the ground. "Tag." He said tapping her shoulder before...blink. Now he was next to the boy again. "I tend to cheat a bit though."

~Johan~

Johan looked at the other boy with an unreadable expression on his face. "I know how to play, I just never have." He said in a tone of voice that matched his expression. He felt instantly jealous of this other boy, he had obviously had friends growing up or at least someone else his age to spend time with. Unlike Johan whose reputation always kept people at a distance... His reputation... This boy had no idea that his father was a serial killer, or that he felt no fear or repulsion at the sight of a dead body. He didn't know any of that.

Javier (Blink)-

He stopped for a moment, a bit annoyed. "Look I'm not trying to be your enemy. You don't have to treat me like I'm trash. I came from a bad place as well, and frankly I want this place to be different than that. I might have been raised like trash, but I don't think like trash alright? I'm just a normal guy trying to make it through life." This was half true, he was far from normal by any means.

~Johan~

Johan's eyes widened in surprise making him look far more innocent than one might have thought possible. "It... It's not like that... I just..." Here he was, stuttering whenever he spoke and avoiding direct eye contact whenever confronted. He was the perfect example of a poor, sheltered kid in this moment.
He took several steps backward while holding his left arm nervously and looking anywhere but at the others.

Red Rabbit Smiled and sat on a large stone as they played giggling and basking in the momentary Joy.

The Golden Dragon sat on the highest corner stone of the building looking down at the children and watching them play, though her mind was cluttered she Loved the children, and even if the Gift games ended sourly, she knew she would die before letting Them get their claws on the children.She flicked her plush purple tail as she sat dangling her feet off the side of the old rubble of building. Nearly ten years ago today her whole world changed....

The war was abrupt and started in the late afternoon, Before sundown over half of the garden had been slaughtered. Leaving only half of the Dragons Song community, and a sliver of the No Names including Black Rabbit . Their numbers were so low and they had resorted to hiding in the bunk houses of the Dragon Songs community building that Night Black Rabbit suggested something Awful....She suggested that I play the song of Dragon's End..... And it ended the war yes, but it also slaughtered her friends and anyone old enough to have a gift. And has sworn never to Play a song in front of anyone ever again

Before the War She was different, always smiling and happy, not a care in the world, Of course she was young and naive as well not knowing the power of her gift. Though now that kit like temperament was almost completely gone.

She was brought back to reality with the setting of the sun " Aye Children It will be time to come inside soon do not doddle ..." she called down her voice having some warning

Javier (Blink)-

"You just what? You though I was a thug? A theaf? I'm far from it. Just because I dress the part doesn't mean I play it." With that out of the way he turned back to the game. He hated being compared to the others! Just because he was half American, and half Mexican didn't give them the rights to think him one of the thugs from his home. Sure his home life was crud and his mom hated him but that had just put in his mind that he needed to be better than her and father.

Johan didn't argue what the other boy had said even though it was obvious that he had gotten the wrong idea. He was simply too used to other people assuming the worst about him that he had long ago begun pretending not to care. So he simply sat by and played sentinel like the vixen untill she called for the children to return.
