Is this based off the new Sinnoh remake: Temporal Diamond and Celestial Pearl, or is it classic Diamond/Pearl/Platinum?

Looks:
Extra: Mio is a Molecular Instigated Organism (sorta similar to N, but with emotions). Her parents are Lysandre Fuladari (Leader of Team Flare) and Malva Pachira (Member of Kalos Elite Four, News Reporter, and member of Team Flare). She was created because Malva wasn't able to have kids. She received her Riolu (nicknamed Luca) from her father, so that one day she may create a Mega-Evolution. N is her role-model. She is not surprised by Team Galactic, but finds them annoying, because she believes they'll never be as good as Team Flare. She has a Holo Caster to contact Professor Sycamore, Malva, Alain, and Lysandre. She loves to play the electric guitar.
Am I able to use an already created character from another region?
