The boy looked back at them with a warm smile. "He may need some food, there seems to be plenty of it just laying around." Skipper offered looking about before his gaze feel upon yet another barrel. Why were there so many barrels about? Who cared they had food and that was all that mattered. "Here, feed him this." The boy said carrying the heavy barrel over to the dragon. "It's meat, or at least it smells and taste like meat. You should have some as well." Oni's eyes lit up some at the smell of food and a food reached through the door in an attempt to grab the barrel. The sight caused the boy to laugh until his eyes watered. "Oni! Stop that!'

"Hey stop! That's my village's food!" Angela yelled. "Please let the food be I will get you some but don't go digging in the barrels or you might wake up some unwanted attention!" Angela runs towards Oni. "Leave the stuff alone!" Angela screamed.

Shadow heard her getting angry and stood up. He roared in anger as well. He stomped his feet and Shadow went to Angela. He bowed his head to her and glared at Oni.

"Village? Um I dont think that there are any villages around here. This place looks too old for it to be near anywhere with people still living there. And the symbols on the walls they aren't from our world." Skipper said running a small hand along the cold stone. It was almost as it they were from a book, an old book that no one could read anymore. "I don't think any human built this place." Oni's eyes started to glow an unpleasant red color as the dragon neared it. How dare such a common creature stand up against it! This was it's domain of confusion not some mortal beings! The creature snorted smoke bellowing from it's nostrils as it backed away standing in such a way that it could only be preparing an attack. In a blind hast the boy tossed the barrel hoping to distract the animal and prevent a fight. Oni caught the barrel in mid air and chomped down on it before swallowing it. "There are plenty around, I'm sure it was put here for the animals to eat, why else would they be here?"

"Then how did I get here......... I was in my bedroom a little while ago........" Angela said. "Oh god......... what happened....... am I going crazy." Shadow nudged Angela and he popped open a barrel full of food.

"Eat you need your strength." Shadow grumbled. Angela looked up at shadow and nodded. She looked through the food. She found a few fruits and ate them.

"Your guess is as good as mine." Skipper said watching Oni search for more barrels. It seemed to only want the barrels with the funny redish hint to them, maybe that was his color? But his eyes were normally green. The grew tired of thinking after a while ans simply sat there in wonder as the monster went about its biddings. The creature walked with a slight limp in it's front legs where the spear had left it's mark though it seemed to be doing much better than before. Now it even wished to jump about some, playing with a new found barrel that it had discovered buried beneath a pile of rock. The boy sighed and looked to the girl. "I want to give you an answer I really do but I cant. Sorry."

"It's okay....... what is this place anyways?" Angela asked. "Wait first my name is Angela and your's is?" Angela stood up and smiled sweetly.

Shadow snorted and laughed. All that was heard was a strange sound. "You humans are strange. But unique I will give you that." Shadow roared. "For I believe you can do good but you can also destroy the world." Angela looked at Shadow and rolled her eyes.

"Looks like some sort of temple, at least from the drawings on the walls. To tell the truth they look like the symbols on the forsaken book back in the village." Kipper said looking at the girl. "I'm Skipper like I said before, and that's Oni." The boy said pointing to the animal.

"I don't know the dragon's name yet." Angela frowned. "I think I should but I don't." Angela looked at shadow. "So then what's your name?" Angela asked Shadow.

Shadow grunted. "I am Shadow and I am in debt to you because you saved me." Shadow growled. Angela nodded and she pat his claw. Shadow was astonished by this act.
