That's a very specific offer. I don't really view those items in the same category just out of accessibility. I'm averaging about 350 eggs per active day, which is roughly enough to get all of the head items I want in one day. Versus the other item is an old item that is now hard to obtain. So if you were to offer the egg-token route, I would either expect a more tokens, and/or have them be converted into gold via the trade broker instead for the item. (I just don't have an incentive to take an egg-token offer is more what it is for that particular item due to the easiness of obtaining egg-tokens)
