Everyone is accepted! Also your character doesn't have to meet the dragon yet. I just need to know about the dragon so I know if anyone is overpowering.

(I just altered one of my favorite characters from a story I wrote to fit this)
Character name: Norekko Ririke (nor-echo ree-ree-kay)
Gender: Female
Age: 16
Written Appearance: Mid-back length wavy dark blonde hair, blue-gray eyes with gold central heterochromia (Gold ring around the pupil), height of 5'3" (160cm), weight of 108lbs (48kgs), light skin, always looks rather tired
Family: her mother and father as well as an older sister.
Personality: Perfectionist, slight case of OCD, a bit grumpy in cold weather, absolutely loves nature, would rather listen to nails on a chalkboard than your personal issues, hates drama, typically found listening to various genres of music
History: Her family is normal, both parents work, her sister still lives at home and usually does the housework so she doesn't have to pay rent, there's little arguments here and there, but life is typically good. Nothing really special in her life. Until she got accepted into this school, that is.
Current Romantic Interest: None.

Dragon name: Almum (latin word meaning nourishing/nurturing (All-mum))
Gender: Male
Abilities(Don't overpower): He has the ability to instantaneously make plants grow and move to his will. However, these plants are more sensitive to temperature (Fire/Ice) and can easily be destroyed after the initial growth/movement is over. He can also nurture plants to make them grow more normally, but healthier and prettier.
Personality: A bit timid, but overall a great companion. He's extremely loyal to Norekko, to point where he would defend her with his life.
Additional Info: He's large enough for Norekko to ride him. He has a long, whip-like tail, and the end of it has rose-like thorns. the edges of his wings have these thorns, too. His teeth are small, but needle sharp. His coloring is a mottled pattern of dark greens and browns. His eyes, however, are very similar to Norekko's but with a bright green where the blue would be.

Character name: Garenn (Gaer-in) Reed
Gender: Male
Age: 17
Written Appearance: short messy brown hair, pale green eyes, height of 5'9" (175cm), Weight of 143lbs (64kgs), lightly tanned skin
Family: He was raised in an orphanage and only got out early because he received an invitation to this school.
Personality: Typically happy and care-free, but he can be responsible and mature when necessary.
History: Not much to say, other than the other kids in the orphanage were pretty distant from him. Probably because of the quickly growing dragon hatchling.
Current Romantic Interest: He may have a small crush on Norekko. (Too bad for him that she isn't interested >:3)

Dragon name: Myste (Just like 'mist')
Gender: Male
Abilities(Don't overpower): He can freeze the air around him up to three meters away, turning it into needle-like ice crystals.
Personality: Cold and cruel, just like his ability. he only warms up to Garenn, and is pretty much an oversized puppy with him.
Additional Info: Secretly, he wants to play and be friends with everyone, but has serious trust issues. He's slowly starting to trust Norekko, only because Garenn wants him to.

Garenn's a totally new character. As if I needed more of those XD

Ok, so, have you read all of our way that they get dragons? Ok, it will also need a type and you don't have the dragons yet!

I must not have read everything, then. Or I read it completely wrong. I thought that not having them yet was an option, not a must. And there was no spot for type in the form, which was posted by the original thread creator. I figured that in the dragons' information the whole 'control over plant life' and 'can make ice out of air' made it very clear what type of dragons they are. If Runedragon tells me to change it, I will. If they say it's fine, then I'm leaving it.

It's totally fine. I was reading through the first posts, and I didn't see anything that blatantly said the characters *needed* to find their dragons. After all, I would find it extremely hard to believe that the world's entire dragon population lived in those forests o.o Unless there were portals of some sort that the dragons came through willingly because they thought that particular person was worthy of them.

^w^ most they all come to the forest to see their partners and thank you for putting in the dragon info. Even if they don't get their dragons yet you can still play them.

Personality:Quiet but likes to talk sometimes, likes to see people smile and help them. She is very relaxing to be around and music is her life. She loves to sing but only hums when people are around. Never takes off her headphones.
History:Normal life so far as she went to her new magic school and before that had weapon training(Father's idea)
Current Romantic Interest:None but may develop.

Dragon name: Minu
Gender:Female
Abilities:Ability to manipulate water but as for storms she can only make small ones. She can shoot scalding water from her mouth an if angry becomes hotter.
Personality:Fun and caring of others, loves to help people and is very loyal to her friends. She doesn't like to fight but if she must she will and never quit.
Additional Info:She has color changing eyes that tell her mood.
