Emma smiled a little. "Yeah it does look kind of cool doesn't it?" She said letting go of her tail, slightly wishing it would curl up like in her zolnixi form.

He sighs and tries to calm himself. shifting through his pocket, he pulls out a small lightning shaped yellow stone. His mind wonders off as he gazes at the stone.

Emma looks at him a little worriedly. "You okay?" She asked a little nervous about her tail as it flicked back and forth behind her.

"Huh? Oh, Just spacing out. Is your ears and tail always out?" He asks shaking his head to clear it.

Emma sighed a little. "Yeah... I also have the slitted eyes." She said her ears down on her head as she walked forward a little not liking staying still.

"I know a few others who have that problem. How do you get through the day like that?" He asks.

Emma felt a little hurt by how he asked it. It sounded like she was considered ugly because of them. "Well, the same as you only people know what I am." She said her voice plain as she tried to keep calm.

Getting even more nerves seeing her reaction to his question, his ears popped out and laid flat on his head.
"Sorry, I so did not mean to say it like that."

Emma shrugged a little. "It's okay." She said not really feeling it. She chuckled a little when she saw his ears. "Are your's always out?" She asked not quiet remembering seeing them earlier and was pretty sure she had a good memory.

Startled by her question, his tail pops out too. "No, but they tend to show up at times." He says struggling to keep calm.
