White Tooth followed, curious to hear the new comer's reason for coming into their camp.

Ghost Wisp looks up, her blank gaze staring. "I'm Ghost Wisp, and I have come to help look for a new place to live not to mention the fact that I have come for food like much of the others have." She whispers as kindly as she could, her pointed teeth showing.

(Sure, JustTopaz. I don't mind Ebony Paw being Grey Claw's apprentice. ^_^ )

Sea Foam and Black Rose followed without a word. When the Zolnixis talked, the two Qitaris stayed quiet. Sea Foam was able to keep from shifting nervously but Black Rose couldn't help the slight shift from time to time.

Grey Claw sighed, "Yes, I am aware of how little food there is here. However my pride has not chosen to move so we remain here. As for where the border is, it is a few feet behind you." It seems this Zolnixi didn't come this way often. Those who usually hunted around the border knew where it was. Still it was a simple mistake that the Lighira was willing to over look this time.

"Gray Claw, Gray Claw, Gray Claw!" the black Lighira called as she bounded thought the bushes, "Gray Claw there's no pray. I can't find a single sent," Ebony Paw complained. She was about to begin another complaint when she spotted the Zolnixi. She dropped quickly into an offensive crouch and growled softly.

Sun Leaf looked behind her towards the clump of bushes and scrub that marked the border, and gave him an apologetic glance. "Oh, sorry. Well--why doesn't your pride move? Our leader has been thinking of--" Suddenly, she was cut off by the appearance of a second Lighira, who seemed to be much more offensive than Gray Claw. Her hackles rose a bit, and she stepped back. "Who--who is that? Is she going to eat me?"

Mouse Foot snorted a bit at Ghost Wisp, then turned his head towards the Qitari. Before he could say anything, though, Feather Talon came trotting back, an elderly white Zolnixi following her out. The older creature was limping slightly, and her fur was missing in places, but she held an aura of leadership and dignity as she looked over the three newcomers.

"Hello. Feather Talon here tells me that the three of you are searching for food?" She asked, voice rasping slightly. "You are more than welcome to help yourselves to the vegetation in our territory, as we Zolnixi eat rodents and the like."

Ghost Wisp turns to look as well. "But us Ryori don't eat plants...." She says her voice sounding dangerous yet she was rather happy. "We eat much like you."

Little Red hops into the circle of animals wondering what the fuss was about. She listens for a moment though she was afraid the fox like animas would eat her for dinner. "Really?" She asks at the mention of vegetation.

The leader nods, considering. "Ah, yes. In that case...our hunters may be able to help you there. What is your name?" She asked the Ryori.

At the appearance of the Bulbori, the others turn, twitching their tails. "Yes, vegetation. Do you want to eat it, too?" Feather Talon asked.

(btw, the 9th through the 14th I won't be able to get on)

Sea Foam bowed her head in respect to the old Zolnixi. "I thank you, but we are not just looking for food for ourselves; we are also looking for an area of food for our herd," the mare explained before everyone noticed the Bulbori.

Grey Claw turned to his young apprentice, "Peace, Ebony Paw. She just accidently crossed the border while chasing a mouse." Turning to the Zolnixi he continued, "Forgive her, this is my apprentice Ebony Paw. She has great promise as a warrior but as you can see, she can be a little too quick to jump to the offensive." He then lightly bat his tail at the young Lighira with an affectionate purr.

The black Apprentice paused and settled onto her stomach. "Yes Gray Claw," she said. Her air around her became friendly as she pawed at a tuft of yellowed grass.
she looked up at the Zolnixi, "I'm Ebony Paw."

"I could help," White Tooth spoke up.

The elderly Zolnixi nodded in understanding, bowing her head for a moment before looking over at Sea Foam. "They are welcome to it as well. However..." she paused, leveling her gaze with the others'. "We are planning on sending some of our warriors down from the mountains to the forests below, to try and find a new place to live. Perhaps some of your herd would like to do the same?"

Sun Leaf relaxed a bit when she realized that the younger Lighira meant no harm, letting out a breath of air. "Well, like I was saying, our leader is planning on letting some of us leave the mountains and look for a new home. Maybe you should do the same; if you did, we might be able to travel together."
