Kurt smiled and rubbed the back of his neck as she turned away. "Glad I could help." He said looking around at the few late costumers he had to take care of. "You new around here? I haven't seen you around." He asked wanting a little excuse to not have to go to work right then.

Keda smiled. "It's kind of long but I go by Keda." She said smiling at him taking another sip. "So. Will..." She started thinking a little. "Why are you staring at me?" She asked making her already unique voice honey smooth. She was really curious and kept looking at him to see all of his reaction.

Katherine smiles at him seeing him rub the back of his neck. "Yeah, i got transferred for my job," she says with a bit of sadness since she had to leave her friend behind. "Have you lived here long?" she asks quietly, her gaze flicking from him to the floor. Her hand sliding up to play with her bracelet, a nervous tick she had always had.

Will nervously laughs a little as he rubs the back of his neck. Her voice and question making him blush a bit. "You get right to the point don't you?" he said not expecting an answer. " If you want the honest answer, I think your beautiful..." he says with a smile his eyes locking with hers. He looks into her hazel eyes, waiting for her reaction.

Kurt smiled leaning against the counter a little. "No. Moved here last week." He said looking around not seeing any of the customers looking for assistance.

Keda smiled smiled her blush still hidden from her dark skin. "Well, thank you." she said looking into his eyes before taking another sip, glad for the excuse to look away from Will. She looked down at the liquid in the cup. "What time do you work till?" She asked not looking up at him as she traced the edge of the glass with her finger tip.

Katherine smiled, playing with her bracelet again. "You'd definitely know more then i would about this place," she says quietly as she sees him lean against the counter. She studies him, watching his every move. She looks at his eyes, her own softening as she did. She smiles, forgetting she was staring at him. Her mind lost in thought, he is such a nice guy and handsome too...what the...where did that come from? She mentally scolds herself. Blinking she isn't lost in thought anymore, quickly looking away from him. She could feel the warmth rising in her cheeks. Trying to make herself stop blushing she looks to the floor. "So do you work late?" she asks curiously.

Will awkwardly smiles "your welcome" he says rubbing the back of his neck again. He looks out at the crowd as she takes another drink. Startled by the question, his muscles tense. "When the other bartender gets here, it should be soon" he says glancing at her before looking back to the crowd. "Why?" he asks curiously, his voice velvety and smoother than normal.

Kurt couldn't help but notice the lady kept watching him. He was about to ask if everything was alright when she asked if he worked late. One of his arms slipped making his other elbow hit the counter. "Uh... Y-yeah... I mean... Yes ma'am I am working rather late tonight." He said straightening rubbing the back of his neck nervously. "But I'm not." Kurt turned to look next to him to see Rick in his leather jacket holding his helmet for his motorcycle.

Keda shrugs. "Trying to keep the conversion going..." She said as an excuse. She was seriously wondering when he'd get off work.... For.... Reasons... She thought to herself taking another drink. "Have you always lived in New York?" She asked leaning her elbow on the counter again resting her cheek on her fisted hand.

Katherine was trying to keep from laughing "You don't have to call me ma'am." She notices what Kurt was staring at and sees the other man. Beginning to play with her bracelet again, she looked away, feeling the man's eyes on her again. She could feel the shiver go down her spine again from the hungry eyes.

Will smiles "no i haven't, I moved here a couple weeks ago." He wondered what she was thinking about as she rested her cheek on her hand. "I'm guessing your new also?" he asks watching her curiously before looking out at the crowd, finding his boss still watching him. The muscle in his jaw feathers as his lips go into a hard line.

Kurt glared at the other man, who was a little shorter but obviously stronger. "Rick, you keep scaring away customers." He said a little threateningly. Rick got up in Kurt's face. "Well, lord of Best Buy. She's done and you've got work to do." He said sneaking his arm around Katherine's shoulders. Kurt shoved Rick a little making him go backwards, Katherine still standing. "I apologize ma'am. You might want to leave before he sees you." He said smiling holding out a business card. "If you need any more help with the computer just call." He said kindly.

Keda nods. "Moved here... eight days ago." She said lifting her head while putting her arm on the counter looking behind her to see what he was looking at. She sigh and looked back at Will. "I'm getting you in trouble... aren't I?" She said looking down at her drink with a frown.

Katherine tenses as the man puts his arm around her. She slightly smiles at Kurt "It's Katherine and thank you.." she say quietly and takes the card with a shaky hand. She stuffs the card in her pocket. Turning on the balls of her feet she starts to walk out the door, feeling the man's hungry eyes on her again. "Great.." she mumbles before leaving the store and turning quickly into an alley. Not her best plan, she thinks to herself.

Will looks back to Keda, "no, of course not." He sees the other bartender walk in. Sighing with relief he walks to the other end of the counter to talk to the other bartender. Grabbing his jacket he walks back to the counter. "I'm off now," he says with his mouth still in a hard line as the manager glares at him.

Kurt smiles a little before blocking Rick's path. "Seriously. I'm going to have to report you." He said and Rick glared at him. "I was just having a little fun ya know." He said turning around storming off. Kurt didn't like how he was leaving and looked around before following him.

Rick had just gotten a peek of the woman sneaking around the corner of the alley. He smiled and followed her. He saw her and shoved her against the way blocking her way out with his arm. "Come on baby... You know you want it." He said smiling at her before looking down checking her out.


Keda couldn't help but feel bad. He left and came back saying he was off. She smiled a little. "Okay... well, I'm sure you have plans." She said twisting the curl in front of her face on her finger, trying to look distracted instead of dis appointed.

Katherine gets shoved into the wall of the alley. Her back hitting the the cold alley wall, she cringes as her elbow connects with the wall. A searing pain in her elbow. She tried to get her arms loose to punch him, but her arms were trapped. "Get off me," she says in his face, trying to wriggle free. If only she could get her arms free. She tried to kick at him, but couldn't get any force with how she was positioned.

Will smiles, easily reading her disappointment. "As a matter of fact I'm actually free tonight." He says with a sweet smile at her. Looking directly into her eyes.
