[Flower with Swift]
The female looked up as Swift joined her, twitching her tail in response as she arranged the flowers so that she could carry them. Wrapping them up expertly in a burlap sack, she tied it up with her teeth, then turned to address the new Zolnixi who had come to her.
"If you'd like to help, carry some of these packages." Flower pointed at a few other burlap sacks lying around them. "Some of the stronger Sylestis will be carrying the body."

[Lilly with the others]
A commotion coming from Cocoa's house told Lilly all she needed to know about the current situation, and she invited herself in the house, walking through the small flap in the front door. Trotting into the room, Lilly's curled tail wagged with amusement for a moment, before she remembered why she was here, and said;
"Listen, you guys, something big's happened, and Lady Glacier is on her way. And she's really, really mad." Lilly had no idea what had gotten the Griffi angry, but she knew it would be best for the rest of them to shut up and listen to her when she came. Although she wasn't the leader, she was respected, and huge, and when she spoke others tended to listen.

Swift nodded, and picked up some of the bound flowers. He silently wonderd why stronger sylesties where needed though. It wasn't as if the boy was heavy. Swift refused to call him a body. It didn't feel right.
''Ok, Where should I place them? Do I need to scatter them once we arrived, or give them to other sylesties, or do I simply put the bundels down?''
Best to be clear on this, last thing he wanted to do was mistakes today. Already did some sylesties not agree with him being here at all, as a former tamed and all that. Better not give them reasons to hate more.

"We'll place a few on the body as he's buried," Flower told him, picking up a few of the bundles herself as she spoke. "And then some on the grave." The stronger Sylestis who were in charge of carrying the body approached Flower, and they said a few hushed words before heading over to the middle of the home alley. There rested the young pup's body, curled up, resting like he was asleep. His fur and mouth had been cleaned, as it had been covered in saliva and vomit, likely from when he was in the final moments of his life.
"Let's go," Flower spoke, and one of the Vulnyx who had joined them grabbed the pup by the scruff. He was so small that he only needed one, and they started out of the allies and towards the clearing where he was to be buried. Tiger watched them as they went, shaking his head before trotting off to look for any possible witnesses to the crime.

"Hmm...? Oh dear, what's wrong?" The nephini's lips pulled into a frown as she ducked out through the door's flap, briefly disappearing before returning to rest on the steps of the stairway. She was confused, but decided it was best to wait till the griffi arrived. All questions should be answered then, or so she hoped.
"Uh-oh~ Kaseki's in trouble~" Cocoa sang as he trotted around the ryori, only to halt when a ball was flicked his way, causing him to crash into a wall. "Ouch..."
"I did not do anything wrong this time, puff." Kaseki snorted as he laid down to rest, muffling his snickers with a spectral paw. "Who knows? Maybe it's something to do with those pesky little street rats we seem to have a problem with."
"Perhaps, but that is in no way an appropriate way to address them, Kaseki!" The nephini said as she scolded the ryori, whilst Floralys aided Cocoa in standing up. "Lily, do you know what is this big 'something' that has Lady Glacier all riled up?"

Lilly felt her fur rise at Kaseki's dismissive comment, but once Celestial scolded him, she allowed her fur to fall flat. Shaking her head, she looked over at the Aerdini, preparing to reply. "I'm not sure. She was just pacing around, snorting and growling and--"
"Who was it?!" The booming voice announced the arrival of Lady Glacier, along with the heavy sounds of her paws and hooves on the linoleum. She'd come in through the kitchen door, and circled around to the main room, her fur on edge. A blast of icy wind accompanied her, and Lilly put her paws over her face while shaking a bit. "Who killed the Street pup?"

Floralys and Cocoa flew into a panic as a frown found itself on the faces of Celestial and Kaseki, who exchanged a glance. "What do you mean, Lady Glacier?" Worry masking curiosity laced the nephini's voice, as she looked to Kaseki for help in calming down their two panicking friends. Without a word, the ryori pounced on the puffadore, effectively stopping the other from moving before he barked at Floralys to calm down.
It took a couple seconds but soon the aeridini had relaxed, and her eyes followed Kaseki's to Glacier. The four had remained in Cocoa's house for the entire day, and no news of a death had reached them. It was needless to say that the four were shocked at thew news. "Lily, did you know about this?"

Lilly shook her head at Floralys's words, pinning her ears back nervously as Lady Glacier continued to pace. "No, really, I honestly didn't! I saw that some of the Street Sylestis were in a panic, and I haven't seen Flower all day, but I didn't think--"
"Who did it?" Lady Glacier snarled again, her beak clicking together dangerously. She clawed a bit at the linoleum, the spikes on her back flushing red as her anger grew. "Someone killed a Zolnixi pup, a street one, with rat poison." Lilly gasped at the revelation, her eyes growing wide.
