Jade chuckled "Well the good point is you won't have to pay for a while now !" Sitting down, she sighed. On her platter was some pizza, fries and a salad. "Have they ever heard of vegetables ?" This kind of food seemed to get make most of the students happy though. Well there was too much oil for her though.
Her mother was a terrible cook, because she disliked eating so much, so it had been a few years now that she was the one in charge of the fridge. This kind of food had not crossed the threshold of her house since then. Way faster to cook, but taste bad. She'd have to get used to it, though. She hoped it would get better though, because otherwise she would never eat a lot during lunch.
Now she was sitting calmly, and at ease with Vozhak and Kise, she was feeling quite curious about them. A bunch of questions were starting to bundle up in her mind, and she decided to voice them out :
-By the way, are you here since a long time ? because I just arrived in town, so I was wondering...

Kire perked up ar Jade's question then said, "I've been here since.." she started counting on her fingers then continued, " I got here when i was in fourth grade, so I've been here for six years." Now proud of herself for using simple math she took a victory bite of her burger. After she chewed and swallowed she turned to Vozhak and said, "How long have you been here? I cant remember seeing you at all, but that's probably because of the weird system they have here, five years of grade school, two years of intermediate, two years of middle, then four years of high school. But there are several schools in the district, did you go to any of them?" Being a little confused by Kire's explination of the school system, VozhakVozhak simply said, "I move here year ago." Kire made a noise of interest then asked, "Where did you move from?" Vozhak replied with the same answer he planned to tell everybody to avoid confusion, "Rayzan', Russia." Happy with his answer, Kire turned to Jade then asked, "Where did you move from, Jade?"

"Some town near New orleans," answered Jade. "That's why I chose French an a second language. I want to be fluent in both languages heh..." She took a bite of the pizza, before joining her hands and narrowing her eyes.
-So... Let's get down to business....She chuckled as they were making puzzled faces. What is there to do in this town ? Let's do a pop quizz !
She pointed at Kise :
-Best coffee shop in town ?
- Marty's, on 5th street.
She then pointed at Vozhak :
-Best place to get a bowl of fresh air ?
-Hum...Rosary Park ?
-Now Kise : Sighting spot not to miss ?
-The street leading to the hospital, you can see the whole town up here.
Jade laughed heartily. "Interrogation over, guys" She took another bite of her pizza. "your turn"

Kire laughed before taking another bite of her burger then looking at Vozhak. Vozhak was begining to over heat again and was getting anxiaty but tried to play it cool. Fishing for something to say he blurts out the first thing that comes to his mind, "Does it ever snow here? Such as having blizzards?" Kire raised an eyebrow before asking, "You miss Russia's winters already? I thought you would like a break from the depressing skies and blizzards." Vozhak smilled a little then scratched the back of his head trying to get his mind off of the feeling of melting. He would scratch his arm every now and then to makesure that he wasn't dissappearing. "So, Jade, you from New Orleans? In Louisiana, yes?" Kire noticed Vozhak freaking out inside so she put her hand on his arm to try and comfort him but jumped back. He was so cold. "Vozhak, you're freezing! Are you alright?"

Jade was about to aswer "yes" to the question she was asked, and add a small anecdote on the origin of Louisiana, before Kire spoke up "Vozhak, you're freezing! Are you alright ?" She extented her arm to touch Vozhak's hand and indeed, he was very cold. She panicked lightly "Oh my god, maybe you should go to the infirmary ??". As always in this kind of situations, whe would get really nervous and be unable to do anything.

(sorry, I can't write much, I don't want to write for your characters too much, since that could ring false ^^)

(it's alright if you can't write too much ^.^ I don't expect huge paragraphs because sometimes i cant write too much either)

Vozhak waved his hand "No, no I'm alright, I always cold." Still conserned, Kire insests that he go to the nurse's office. She stands up then turns to Jade, "Jade, we have to get him down to the Nurse's office. " She grabs Vozhak's huge hand and pulls him towards the entrence of the cafeteria. Vozhak resisted until Kire uttered the order, "Follow me, we need to get you checked out." Then Vozhak willingly stood up and let Kire drag him out of the lunch room.

Jade agreed with Kire, he needed to go to the infirmary. He seemed that the kind of person that would always say they are okay, even when they are not. As they were leaving, she told them "I'll clean our plates, and I'll rejoin you immediately, just go ! "She immediately went to clean up their plates. She was very worried about Vozhak. with such low body temperature, it was a wonder he didn't collapse yet.

After finishing with the trays, she hurried to the infirmary. Hopefully, she remembered the way, because she passed right in front of it when heading for the French class.

The whole way to the nurse's office, Vozhak's stomach flipped and turned in worry about being discovered or worse, heated to cure his cold skin. He looked for any excuse not to go as they apporached their destination. Kire was oblivious to Vozhak's worry as she continued to drag him. She looked back to see if Jade had followed them, but she was a little ways ayay from them so she stopped walking to wait for her to catch up.

Jade caught up to them, a look of worry in her face. She noticed the weird look on Vozhak's face, but she thought it was because he was getting worrired about his health too.
"Come on, we need to go, now..." They all headed to the infirmary. They opened the door, but it seemed the nurse was noot here yet. They were probably still eating their lunch.
"We'll have to wait for the nurse to come back, then." Jade said.

Vozhak breathed a sigh of relief, he was safe for the moment. How could he get out of this situation? He put his head in his hands contemplating telling them the truth about why he was cold. The heat from the lights began speed up his over heating. Kire looked at Vozhak and got even more worried when she saw him noticably sweating. "Vozhak.. Should we call an amulance instead of waiting for the nurse?" Vozhak's stomach dropped. "No!" he quickly exclamed his voice ratteling the pictures on the wall. Kire jumpped at his sudden and loud responce. Vozhak covered nhis mouth when he realized how loud he had yelled then said softly, "I'm sorry. No I don't need an ambulance." gathering what pride he haad left he decided to tell them both the truth about his ability, "I am cold because I have the ability to make snow." He looked at both girls with a look of shame glazing over his eye.
