I'll share a family favorite. ^w^
Easy-peasy delicious chocolatey oat blobs.
No-Bake Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup (one stick) butter
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1 Tbsp vanilla extract
- 3 cups Quick Oats
In a medium-sized pot add the sugar, milk, cocoa powder, and butter. Stir together over medium heat until mixture reaches a rolling boil.
Boil for 3 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter, oats, and vanilla extract until well-blended. Drop tablespoonfulls of the mix onto wax paper, allow to cool, then eat. Nom nom nom.

Ridiculously easy Chicken Alfredo
takes about 30 total for cook/ prep
What you need
1 small cream
1 box noodles (your choice)
2 TB minced garlic
2 TB olive oil
16 oz chicken broth
chicken or other meat (i use 2-3 small cans of chicken but ham or turkey works too)
bacon bits
Parmesan shredded cheese
a decent sized pot with lid
Put pot on stove and add olive oil. once the olive oil is heated add chicken and minced garlic till cooked through. once cooked add chicken broth and heavy whipping cream cook till boiling turn temp down to simmer and add noodles and bacon bit (if you use the fake stuff the bits will dissolve leaving a nice bacon taste) cover and wait about 20 min stir occasionally.once the time is up and noodles are done add the parmesean cheece and serve.
*note* if you forget the noodles and cook for 20 min and then realize you forgot them do not worry add the noodles and cook again the chicken will taste VERY creamy and it still tastes yummy
