Powers:
His abilities closely mirror his father's with the standard enhanced strength, stamina, speed, durability of the Asgardian Gods. He's durable enough to harmlessly withstand high-caliber bullets and immunity to all known diseases and toxins, as well as possessing a resistance to magic. Adding this with the Frost Giant's metabolism grants him superhuman levels of stamina in practically all activities.
Like his father, Reynard possesses the ability to manipulate magical forces for a variety of purposes: energy projection, creation of force fields, temporarily increasing his own physical strength, granting superhuman abilities to living beings or inanimate objects, flight, hypnosis, illusion casting, and inter-dimensional teleportation. However, he lacks his father's magic training, being so young, and one will find he has yet to mastered his control over his abilities.
Another ability passed down from father to son was extrasensory abilities and the ability of astral projection and casting of thoughts across great distanceseven across dimensional barriers, like that between Asgard and Eartheven if caster is unable to move. Like his father, Reynard can influence events and another's actions, but only to a degree. Due to his mother though, mind-reading comes naturally.
But here comes Reynard's speciality - shapeshifting. In this aspect he surpasses even his father, due to his mother's abilities. He's considered an omnifarious shapeshifter, due to the fact that when he changes form, he gains the abilities of the form he is in. However, unlike his father who is able to change the form of another, both he and his mother lack this ability. Due to his shapeshifting abilities, Reynard found an interest in several of his other abilities, which led to his main powers being Shapeshifting, Illusions and Shadows.
Following his mother, Reynard gains the natural ability of elemental manipulation over air, water, fire, earth, light and darkness. So far he's found he has an affinity to fire and dark, while the other take more time to harness and master. Like both his parents, Reynard possesses a brilliant intellect, and is fond of messing around with things, especially when it comes to creating.
As his mother is a kitsune descendant, he gains the ability to converse with animals, but mainly sticks to chatting with canines. Due to his mother's bloodline, his senses are enhanced as well, and he has a couple more abilities streaming from his yokai side. Sadly, he's still young, and has yet to discover all his powers.

Reynard has a little problem regarding this - he shares his mind with another entity, his yokai half. This causes him to have two main personalities, never mind the multitude of side personalities he already has.
As a general rule though, both Genkaku and Reynard are relatively reclusive and aloof, pretty much people who love to keep to themselves. They don't talk or socialise much unless it's their friends, and they're deeply loyal to both friends and family.
Though, his trickster personality (go figure, with Loki as his father and a kitsune as his mother, trickery's not something he's not used to) sometimes does show up and at times... likes to play pranks. Nothing too serious, nothing too bad, since he knows how to restrain himself.
Reynard used to be a lot more lively and bubbly, and a lot less strict and well... glum. This side of him shows itself every now and then, but generally... it doesn't. It makes his close friends worry sometimes, since they know his full past and character, but he reassures them that he's fine.
However, before one can fully understand Reynard and Genkaku, they would have to get close to him. Thus, most people mistake him for something he isn't. As such, if one wishes to figure out who this boy really is... they'd have to become friends with this lonely teen.

History:
When he was born, he was first greeted by his mother, only to see his father a few years later. As he grew up, he was given a lie as to why his father couldn't come and see him often. Young Reynard believed it, and he felt at ease. However, it wasn't long before he found out the truth.
When the teen Reynard realised he wasn't growing as similar to his classmates, he began questioning his family, and it was then that he found out the truth. It hit him harder than most had expected, and he ran away, returning when he sorted out his feelings. From then, he learned to get along with Genkaku, and started training.
Closer to present day, he met Ben, under circumstances he wishes not to speak about without the other's permission. It was Ben who eventually introduced him to Chaos, when the younger was recruited into the organisation. Together the two rose quickly in the ranks, leading to where they are now.

Reynard calls his yokai half 'Genkaku', as it is from him that Reynard gains his illusionary abilities. Genkaku himself is a separate conscious from Reynard, as he was a fox spirit placed into the young demi-god to help stabilise his powers.
Genkaku is not his real name, but rather a nickname, as Reynard does not have knowledge of Genkaku's real name. Genkaku's original forms are Reynard's night human and animal forms, as Genkaku is more active at night, being a yokai.
Genkaku and Reynard learnt to 'split' themselves such that they could work separately if need be. On another note, Genkaku is shorter than Reynard, and holds half of Reynard's abilities. Both are tied to the other and if one dies... there's a chance the other wouldn't, but in such a case, the other half will be significantly weaker.
Er... his second form that he commonly uses, the black haired, green clothed one... that's like his 'original' form in a sense, since when he was born he had cat-like, glowing green eyes. He changed to his current form to fit in with others... As of now, he considers both these forms as truly himself as well as his first form.
Has two pets, both foxes - Rei and Seishin, male and female white foxes with red markings.

Nicknamed 'Virus' for his skills in computer hacking and illusionary abilities. Both are attributed to powers he is in possession of, due to reasons he refuses to let others know, lest they be his close friends.
His powers are vast, and many, including Ben himself, aren't aware of what the boy can truly do with his powers. As time goes on however, he starts to uncover more of his powers. More commonly known about this boy's powers are his skills in illusions, control over electronics (surprisingly being able to use any electronic as a means of transport and hiding place. Also the reason for his hacking skills) and ability to control electricity.
If an electronic isn't working, Ben can still use it to his advantage, restarting the device or simply waving a hand and have it flying at his enemy. Even if a device is deactivated, Ben can still use it as a means of transport or hiding place.
Ben's skills also count in as virus manipulation, due to being able to infect any electronic with a virus so long as its within touch. If not, he can create a virus and has to go through normal means to get the virus implemented in another electronic. He also has technology manipulation, meaning he can create technology from scarps around him.
Generally, Ben's abilities are all focused on one topic: electronics and technology. Yet, while Ben has all these abilities, his mind itself is like a computer - there are many hidden 'files' and 'codes' and areas Ben cannot yet reach. As such, many of his abilities remains locked to this day, till he can figure a way beyond the restrictions holding him in.
These restrictions also the cause for 'glitches' when Ben uses his power, making him somewhat unreliable. The glitches itself could be gaps in his powers where his abilities just fail, or could literally cause his physical body to 'glitch', like how a character in a game would glitch. Sometimes, his lucky, and Ben's glitches save his life. Other times... it screws him over.

Personality:
Ben's past has made the boy rather... sadistic, but he is a loyal person. While he enjoys another's pain, sometimes even his own comrades, he does care for his allies, friends and family. Generally, he is calm in most situations... .unless well, it involves the pain of another (specifically an enemy, but sometimes comrades depending on the situation) in which case he'll laugh.
Ben may like a good battle, but he knows when to retreat. While he does get annoyed if such a thing happens (and is not planned), Ben is a rather dispassionate person, rarely showing much feelings unless its with close friends or family members. Sometimes, he can be mature, but it really depends.
The main problem of this is due to the fact that he, like Reynard, switches personality (though it's not like Ben has as many variations as the demi-god, maybe one or two, but not the tens Reynard has) based on the situation. Sometimes Ben can be caring, other times intimidating or cold. It truly depends on what's going on around him.
Ben is more of a solitary person, somewhat like a cat (he possess some cat-like traits as well, so it's a mystery how he got along with the fox-like Reynard) but he doesn't mind the company of others, so long as it is not huge group. One or two, he's perfectly fine. Three or four? He gets fidgety, but not alot. Five and six and he starts drifting off, and seven and eight cause him to just hang at the back of the group.
Ben's rather introverted too, but like Reynard, has another personality he hides deep within him, beneath the walls he's built around himself. As such, many don't know how Ben truly feels, who he is. So, the only way to get to know this scared and lonely little boy better is to become friends.

History:
Ben tries not to reveal his past, but what he does let slip tells others of his once perfect family - a younger and older sister with an older brother, kind and loving parents and a loyal pet. It's here that most people draw a blank, but from the strips of information he carelessly says, people can tell something bad happened in his life.
No one knows what it was, but it made Ben very bitter, and was the cause of his abilities. Others speculate due to the boy's fears and tendency to talk in his sleep, but those who know the true story are his friends, as it appears that he has yet to meet his family for a few years now.
The rest others know is that Ben met Reynard, and the two became fast friends, before Ben was recruited into Chaos. A few weeks into joining the organisation, he dragged his friend with him, and the two rose through the ranks quite quickly.
