I don't know what to suggest. That's never happened to me before. :/ I see other people already suggested restarting the router, which is what I would have suggested...

You or one of your parents may need to call your internet provider for a possible answer.
Sorry I'm not much help. >_<

I just got new info, we may have wifi but the Internet in itself is not individual, it is shared by everyone in our apartment which is approximately used and shared by 100+ people...-_-"

Then...the continuous loading is due to people using up too much internet and so it is super slow? o.o

But it's strange as everything else minus YouTube videos is fine

I would suggest going somewhere like McDonalds or a coffee shop and using their wifi :c

The more people using the internet, the slower it is.
Living in a house with 6 gamers we paid $75 a month for internet(cable&phone not included) and if all 6 were online (even if some were just using Netflix or Youtube) there was very noticeable lag. If we had gotten one of the cheaper packages, say $50 a month, we would have suffered greatly. Plus you have to consider phones and laptops and gaming consoles and tablets, not just computers.

Sadly your suffering is probably the result of the apartment building purchasing a cheap package (low speeds) and having a large user base.

ALSO.
Routers and Modems play a large part.
You can purchase more expensive routers or Modems, instead of renting one from your internet provider like most people do (you actually pay about $6 a month to use those D: )
In a year you are spending about $72, some people would rather invest that into better hardware.

I can ask my roomate when he gets home, he's knowledgeable on the subject.

Also, it COULD be that the actual router setting are incorrect. This could be on your end, or the companies. You might try resetting everything to factory default and starting anew. However, make SURE you have instructions for how to set everything back up, you won't be able to turn to Google if you get confused c:

And a final question!
Are you hardwired or on Wifi?

By this do you mean basic web pages?
Webpages are easier for your computer to load, while videos or flash games are more of a struggle with slow internet.

Also, if you are willing to take a speed test, try visitng speedtest.net and updating me with DL speed, UL speed and ping! c:
This will tell us if the quality of internet is bad, or if it might be another problem (like you need drivers or something idk)

The technology used on the router is the most expensive best of the best and stuff...but yeah everything at home is fast and high latest tech...which is funny because the older one loaded videos better XD

Oh and I have no access to fixing the internet or router because only dad can touch it, he'd be mad if I messed with it, besides ours is too fancy for me to know how to use it anyways ,it's one of those big white three attenae (only word I can't spell apparently) kinda router...and also the computer that works the wifi is passcoded

And but it's an expensive apartment though with all good stuff I think?? As long as I don't enter the 'barrier' into my home and stay at front desk, Youtube is fine.....

But I know we have excellent signal at home.....
