This was a very old thing, where every month, there will be a new set of avatar items released. The admins have stopped this because it was taking up too much time and resources that they wanted to direct to other parts of the site to improve.
Now if you want to find the items already released, you have to hunt on the trade broker, or ask around in the items auction forum. Also, you can wait for the Black Friday event, where usually some/all previous items are available on sale in the diamond shop.
