Well, I have some SN Ligh offspring, and can breed a CF Ligh, as well as breed some Ryori themes (Spooky, ML, LS, Blood Scream), and an FM Lup baby, Monarch nixi, FS Vul, FS Nyte, HH nixi....

I wouldnt accept offspring, as that Neph is as rare as a wheel pet.
