Kiera stared at the...thing. Looked like a half-breed Kakutor...hmmm... "What? Oh...I must've gotten the wrong mine..." She said, not very much noticing the blades. She also ignored the threat to 'Tear her throat out'. "Then what are you guys doing here, then?" She asked.

Joke glared at the girl and his arm shifted back into it's human looking form. " I live here... " He growled.

Alice sighed. " I was visiting him... " she said, in a half-whispered. " H-he's a friend... " she said.
Joke walked back over to Alice, glaring at the other girl. " But who are you? " he growled. He would of torn this girl to bits by now if Alice wasn't here...

"Oh...I apologize to, well, burst in..." She said. "I'm... Kiera Kalyn Katherine Karter, though you can call me by any of those names..." She introduced. "Could you please let go of my arm...?" She asked politely. "I must get these supplies to the right mine, so I have to go." She explained.

Alice looked at the girl sadly. " No one is holding your arm...your bleeding... " Alice said in her half-whisper voice. She then walked over and brought out the cloth bag. She took the piece of gold out and gave it to Joke who looked at it confused.
Alice then ripped the cloth bag opened and wrapped it around the girl's deep gash like a bandage. " Sorry about Joke attacking you... " she said.

What? She had been bleeding...? She looked at her arm...oh yeah, she was...how did she miss that? "Oh, um, thank you..." She said, just the slightest hint of confusion in her voice. What was so bad about bleeding anyways? It never did anything to her...she never minded it. It didn't feel like anything, really.

Alice stepped back after finishing wrapping up the girl's arm. " You might need to see one of the city's doctors... " she said in her usual half-whisper.

Joke snorted. " How 'bout she dies in the caves? More food for me! " he said, growing again.
Alice glared at him. " Joke that's horrible to say! " she said, a hint of anger in her quiet voice.

Why a doctor? "If you say so..." She said. "I still have to get this crate to the other mine..." She mumbled. "I-I should get going. Thanks." She said. Thanks for wrapping up her arm for no reason she could make sense of... She leaned down and picked up the crate. "I might see you guys some other time." She said.

Alice sighed. " I-I don't think that would be a good idea... " she half-whispered nervously. " Y-you see Joke isn't...friendly around people... " she said, thinking of a way to put it without offending Joke.
Joke snorted. " Ha! I'll eat you! " he said, growling. " I am a kakutor after all! "

Alice glared at him. " Your meant to keep that secret! Who knows who she'll tell that I'm hanging around you! " she said angrily.

"A Kakutor? Well...that's explains it. And why can't I just get out of here?" She asked, nodding. She really saw no wrong with hanging out with a Kakutor, it would be your own fault if you were killed, right? "And if you eat me, I'll likely drop this crate, which is full of explosives, which would explode, and kill us all." She said.

Joke laughed. " So? I do have more limbs in my true form...I bet my neck could wrap around you! " he said, laughing.

Alice sighed. " Joke please... " she begged, she didn't fancy him changing into his true form...and then seeing him eat some poor girl!
