- A new mechanic has been added to the Shared Garden Bloom Events in the Festival Exploration Zone, Astryl's Meadow: Bloom Boost. When adding [Enchanted Water] to any of the available Shared Garden Flowers, Players will receive progress towards their Bloom Boost. Once the Required Amount has been used, the Bloom Boost will activate and grant that Player an increased Encounter Chance for Themed Pets during any Shared Garden Bloom.

The 1st Bloom Boost will have a Required Amount of 150 [Enchanted Water]. The 2nd Bloom Boost will have a Required Amount of 300 [Enchanted Water]. Every additional Bloom Boost will have a Required Amount of 600 [Enchanted Water]. Every day at midnight, this tracker resets.

Bloom Boost progression always carries over. However, it can never exceed twice the current Required Amount. For example, if a Player uses 300 [Enchanted Water], they will cap out at 300 Bloom Boost (150 x 2). Their Bloom Boost will be Active, but any additional [Enchanted Water] used will not increase the Bloom Boost until they trigger a valid Themed Pet Encounter. Once they do, their Bloom Boost will be be reduced by the Required Amount (150) and the new Required Amount becomes 300. The Player's previous Bloom Boost progression will carry over and already be at 150 / 300 (50%) Bloom Boost. At this point, the Player can use up to an additional 450 [Enchanted Water] to reach the cap of 600 (300 x 2).

- The "Raining" Weather Effect has been added to Garden Bloom Events in Astryl's Meadow. Players can Enable/Disable the Weather Effects via their Account Settings.

- Replaced the Formal Easter (Daffodil) Avatar Items with the Formal Easter (Foliage) Avatar Items in the Festival Shop.

Note: The Daffodil set drops from the Egg Hunt Named in Astryl's Meadow. The Foliage set was intended to be from the Festival Shop.

- The [Enchanted Water] received from the [Spring Festival Mega-Bundle] was increased to 500 (was 100). Players who had already purchased and consumed this item were compensated via their Trades.

- The [Enchanted Water] received from the [Spring Festival Fun-dle] was increased to 200 (was 50). Players who had already purchased and consumed this item were compensated via their Trades.
