Myles tried not to look at the bodies. It grossed him out way too much. He slung his bat over his shoulder, making sure he didn't hurt himself in the process. He called out to Charly, who was still marching away. "D'you happen to know where any food is?" He turned to the sibs. "Think she knows where food is?"

the siblings shrugged. Cory said, *we got some food, though. not too much, but a decent amount.*

"I'd be okay with that!" He lowered his voice. "Dunno about her though," he muttered, nodding his head down the street.

She nodded.

Cory said, *well, maybe we talk convince her.*

"Really?" Myles asked, skeptical. "I mean, sure. We can try. That's never a bad thing. Just remember: it's the thought that counts."

They nodded.

Myles started to walk after her, in no hurry to catch up.
